Welcome to your amazing home away from home! Newly remodeled and gorgeously decorated, our vintage Kauai Cottage allows you to absorb and enjoy the beautiful, relaxed atmosphere and "Aloha" of the south shore of Kauai in a comfortable and charming home.
Located a short one minute walk from the ocean, you can spend the day on the world famous white sand beach of Poipu Beach Park or ride the waves at the boogie boarder's paradise of Brennecke's Beach. Both are just steps away, a flat easy stroll for just about anyone. For the land-lubber in all of us our screened in lanai is perfect for whiling away the day with a good book or taking a restful nap after a busy day of activities.
Feel like eating out? You are minutes from all of the world class restaurants on the south side and can walk to several of them. Prefer to cook your own? Our beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, a farmhouse style sink, stainless steel appliances, with a semi-professional gas range, includes all of the tools and utensils you have in your own kitchen at home. A private gas Barbeque awaits you on the patio under the pergola near the lawn.
Our south side location at sunny Poipu generally offers the best beach weather on Kauai and is a great base for exploring our island. Princeville, to the north, is about an hour drive. Waimea Canyan, Kokee and Kekaha are all less than an hour to the west. Come and enjoy your vacation on Kauai. See the sights and participate in the activities or just relax on the beach. The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
This home is less than a one minute walk to the world famous beaches at Poipu and Brennecke's in Koloa on Kauai. We remodeled our old style Hawaii cottage with a gourmet kitchen and beautiful bathroom. There is a screened in lanai that provides wonderful yet protected outdoor living space and a patio with on the lawn underneath a tall Coconut Palm Tree. We provide almost everything you'll need for a terrific Kauai vacation except for groceries.
Our cottage is yellow with a white pickett fence and is on the left side of the street.
