Located just 10 miles from historic Charleston, Water's Edge offers a truly unique experience. This townhome is located directly on the Folly River with SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the river. Walk from the den to the screened in porch and sip coffee in the morning or have a glass of wine while the sun sets just to the left of you. Walk out the master bedroom to the balcony and you can capture these same views...the sunset from this townhome is truly STRIKING!
An extra bonus, we use an PURELY ORGANIC CLEANING service.
Walk out the backdoor and it's just a 5 second walk to the pool as well as the dock. From the dock you can cast a fishing line or go crabbing. Walk down the street to a new playground for the kids.
You are a 5 block walk to the pristine beaches of the Atlantic.
Center Street is the main street in Folly where you will find fun and fantastic dining. Old favorites are the Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast and lunch and Taco Boy for a festive lunch and dinner. New favorites are Rita's Seaside Grill, The Surf Bar and Blu Restaurant at The Holiday Day Inn.
If you have had a long day of fun in the sun and delivery is what you want, there is Woody's Pizza and Subs and The Drop In. We have a folder at the house with many of these menus.
One of the many perks include cable and wireless internet access, crabbing equipment and a new charcoal grill.

We had a great time to our visit to Charleston and enjoyed our stay at this home! It is in a great area that is a close distance to all the shops and restaurants in Folly Beach. Great view of the waterway and the unit is located right next to the pool area, though it was closed this time of year. The house was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely home. Very clean and well maintained. We were two couples who just wanted to relax...and that's what we did. The guys fished at the dock..which was only steps away, and the girls took walks to town and the beach. Watching the sunsets from the screen porch was awesome. The owner, Candace, was very hepful with restaurant suggestions and shopping info. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to do it again next year.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation on Folly Beach at this Waters Edge townhome. The townhome had a perfect view of sunsets over the river and the screened in porch was so comfortable to sit in watching these beautiful sunsets. The porch featured very comfortable furniture and had a ceiling fan which helped to cool us off in the heat of the summer. We spent many nights eating dinners together, drinking wine and relaxing within the comforts of the screened in porch with excellent views of the river and the dock. And, the screens kept the bugs out! The rest of the condo was beautifully decorated and all of the bedrooms were just perfect for each family member. Comfortable beds, private bathrooms and plenty of closet space added to our comfort. The townhome was conveniently located right next to the pool and the fishing dock, and no noise traveled up to the townhome from either of those amenities. The townhome was also located 4 blocks away from the beach and other restaurants and bars on Folly Beach. We've stayed in beach front homes and condos on Folly before, but really liked the convenience of this townhome at Waters Edge and that we now had gorgeous views of sunsets, which you don't get on beachfront properties. The townhome was also tucked away perfectly to keep us away from the noise and day to day flow of people coming to Folly Beach. I would highly recommend staying at Waters Edge, and specifically this townhome. We've also stayed at other Waters Edge townhomes, but this one is our favorite!

What a wonderful place to stay. The bay is literally right out the back door with fabulous views of the water and sunsets. We spent most of our time on the screened porch. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is right next door to the home which was very convenient. Everything on the island is within walking distance, which we loved. It is a very friendly and laid-back place, only minutes from downtown Charleston. Our first visit to the area, but we would love to return sometime. I would definitely stay in this home again.

We stayed in this adorable townhome for several nights and found it to be one of our more enjoyable vacations. It was decorated beautifully and we loved the linens! The picturesque view off the back screened porch will make you not want to move from there. It was spotless and had everything we could want. The village is within walking distance to quaint shops, restaurants and bars. The owners assisted us in knowing where to go and what to do. Extremely enjoyable!! We have been to several beaches and this is one of our favorites and we will be back.
