Like many of the beach houses in the area, our house is reverse living, where the kitchen, dining room and living areas are on the third floor along with main bedroom with private bath. The large living room has a gas fireplace, full entertainment center, ample seating, and also a nice view of the ocean which is across the street. The adjacent dining room has a full-size table with room for eight. Our modern kitchen is fully-equipped with full-size gas & electric oven stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All cooking utensils and appliances are included.
Through the sliding doors off the dining room, one of the four decks offers plenty of space for outdoor relaxation. The upper deck at roof level gives a wonderful view of the ocean and is a private sunbathing area.
The second level contains three bedrooms with king sized beds, two full baths, an eight bed bunk room, washer & dryer, screened covered deck and a covered deck. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people in beds and is the maximum we accept.
There is an outside shower with changing area. You will have access to a garage on first level for your beach supplies.
Located near restaurants, miniature golf, bakery, pharmacy, ice cream store, pizza parlor, liquor store, parks and other conveniences.
