Map & Owner's Profile
Year Purchased: 1999
Why the Owner Chose Avignon
This villa is our personal villa that we are abble to rent this year since we are in Las Vegas.
We bought it in 1999, it was a pretty ugly fixer-upper but the land was big and beautiful with the pine trees and in a perfect location for Avignon. That was it, I fell in love and my husband though I was crazy. We had both studying architecture way back...we re-discover this passion for house and started to work on it non stop for 1year 1/2.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We use the typical materials from Provence like stone and terracota, and they are more beautiful as the time passes. The villa is very peaceful and relaxing with the pool. There is a big wood playgroun games for the childrens in the garden. We can be in Avignon in just 2 minutes and it is such a easy life! The very high sealing with beems, and the stone work my husband did in it, is truly unique. We still love to see people's faces when they first come in! it says it all.
