It is very private with over 800 feet of frontage on the lake. The sea wall is over 400 feet long with the water 4 feet deep.
The concrete dock has a shore station that will take a boat up to an 8 foot or less beam. There is off road parking for friends and guests. The Gold Mountain forest service hiking trail is in easy walking distance.
The Bottle Bay-Sagle-Lignite road is a great 20 mile biking loop. Eagles, osprey, geese, turkeys and ducks are abundant in the area. Moose, deer and elk are commonly seen.

Why the Owner Chose Sandpoint
We live on Lake Pend O'Reille, think we have found heaven and would like to share it with you. With over 80% of the shore line owned by the federal or state governments there are very few people or boats on the lake. It is yours to own! A very peaceful area with nesting eagles on the property, there is little boat wake chop on the lake. Across the lake, the beatuiful mountains are snow capped in the spring. You think you are on Lake Como in Europe.

The house sits on a sea wall with the water 4 feet deep. As you look out the windows, it is like being on a cruise ship, all you see is water. Ospry and eagles dive into the water for fish. Across the lake is the spectacular view of Roman Nose Mt, Scotchman's Peak and the range of the Selkirk Mountians.
