The easy access is a paved community drive and the home has a large paved parking area. You will not be disappointed with this rental! This is a perfect get away for one, a few couples or even,a family.

You can enjoy this fully furnished home which includes 2 comfortable queen beds, 2 single beds (or can be made into one King bed) and if needed an inflatable Queen airbed can be set up.

We offer clean high pressure showers, plenty of linen and towels, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tile and wood floors, and carpeted spacious bedrooms. One bedroom also has been equipped with a "Bow-Flex" type machine, exercise balls, massage table with flannel sheets and massage oils.
We can even, help make arrangements for a Masseuse to come directly to the home!

Dinning room has two sliding glass doors that open up onto a wrap around deck that offer up beautiful sunsets and sunrises and breathtaking 180 degree plus,views of the San Juan's and Cimarron mountains.

Hot air balloons are often passing by and there are several deer(our pets)in the yard everyday. Several fairs and community events/activities are ongoing throughout the year.

You can hike, bike, snowshoe and cross country ski and more... right from the front door. Water sports, including boating and fishing are just 20 minutes away. Telluride Village and the famous but remote Ski Resort is about 45 miles. Divide Golf Resort and Club is within a couple miles of the home.

Orvis Hot Springs(offering some clothing optional pools)is about 9 miles. Ouray Recreational Park and Hot Spring swimming pools are about 17 miles.

Nearby airports: Montrose 35 miles - Telluride 48 miles - Grand Junction 90 miles

Airport pick up service - cleaning service and catering service available. We do everything possible to make your time here pleasant and desirable!

We will accept one night stays on a short notice if home is available. One night stays are $175.

A FREE NIGHT is offered on a week(7 nights)stay. You tell us how long you want to rent and we will give you the price:
For an example... If you are a party of 4 or less, and you can only stay for two nights... It would be $350. Plus the $175 cleaning and damage deposit. This rate ($175 per night) pertains to all stays less then a week.
When available, we will offer a FREE FULL WEEK on a full month's stay. You can stay for 4 weeks and only pay for 3!

This home includes so much more then just a cold hotel room it is FOR A WHOLE HOUSE THAT IS FULLY FURNISHED INCLUDING SUCH THINGS AS plenty of PRIVACY in a non-commercialized setting, a full sized side by side refrigerator with ice maker and cold water outside dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, soap,towels, linen, Cooking utensils/ pots and pans,dining room table, leather couches, fireplace, 3 Televisions with a few movies(DVD and VCR), Coffee pot, washing machine and dryer. There is even LAWN CHAIRS and a small charcoal grill OUT ON THE DECK with 180 DEGREE VIEWS of SEVERAL MOUNTAIN RANGES, SUNSETS and SUNRISES!

  • We have been visiting Ridgway at least once a year for the last 10 years. We have stayed at most of the rental places in town, including several stays at Chipeta Spa. This was by far the best experience we have had. The house is VERY comfortable and inviting. You feel welcome the minute you step into the door. One of our main concerns in vacation rentals is the comfort of the beds, no worry here, we slept extremely well! I can not say enough positive things about the house and Gin. We have definitely found our home each time we visit Ridgway. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

  • We rented this home from Gin and Den during two weeks in July. Everything was just as advertized on the web site. The one thing that was different is that the views are much more beautiful than what pictures can show. My wife and I along with our two boys had a fantastic time in this beautiful area of Colorado. We encounterd some problems with our truck while we were there and Gin and Den went way beyond the call of duty to help us out and made sure we were still able to enjoy our stay. I feel like my wife and I have made new friends with Gin and Den and hope to return and rent their place again.

  • We stayed in Gin and Den's home for a week. Everything was as represented in their ad. The accomodations were very nice, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if we go back to that part of Colorado. Gin and Den were very helpful with advice on local things to do. Den likes to fish if there is any in your group who likes this activity.

  • My husband and I visited this property during the second week of May this year and we loved it! The view was spectacular, the beds comfortable, the house spotless, and the owners helpful and reasonable. A good bet!
