This two storey , comfortable house is located only 5 minutes walk from sunshine beach village with its great selection of restaurants and cafes . The lifesaver patrolled sunshine beach is only 7 minutes walk. The house with it's wide verandahs on three sides is set high on the hill facing east to catch the cool prevailing breezes. Water glimpses and views of Noosa National Park are seen from the upper deck, perfect for that late afternoon drink before strolling down to the village to sample one of the excellent restaurants.
World famous Noosa beach is only a 2 minute drive or a 50 min walk through Noosa National Park along easily marked and well maintained tracks. Take a backpack, towel and swimmers and finish up with a swim in beautiful Laguna Bay and a coffee at one of the many cafes or restaurants along Hastings street. Catch a bus back to the house as public transport is readily available and close by.
This house is very family friendly, with a separate downstairs area for kids to chill while parents have the whole upstairs area to themselves. Alternatively it would suit 1 or 2 couples staying as a base to explore the beautiful Noosa area
