This immaculate property is located directly on Gulf Boulevard on the top floor of this small gated complex. Beach access directly accross the street from unit. Its spacious (almost 900 square feet) 1 bedroom condo has a Million Dollar Panoramic View from the balcony. It is just steps to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This NON-SMOKING condo is tastefully decorated and completely furnished. Carpet and tile throughout. Bedroom has 1 Queen Size Bed and a sofa (no sleeper) for relaxing! After a day of sunning and swimming at the beach come back and cool off by taking a dip in our large swimming pool.

Sit on the balcony watch the boats go by, parasailers flying and the unbelievable sunsets. After a wonderful day go out and enjoy the many outstanding restaurants up and down the Gulf beaches on this Barrier Island. While your staying with us be sure to get a day pass and ride the PSTA Trolley. Ride it from Clearwater Beach to Passe-Grille. Get on and off as much as you like. See all the local attractions and restaurants. Runs morning until early evening.

Our condo offers easy access to shopping, golfing, supermarkets. Busch Gardens, Ybor City, and Tampa Airport are 30 minutes away. Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios are just 90 minutes.(ORLANDO AREA)
