This unit has tile floors and comfortable furnishings. Pets are welcome with a pet deposit. Enjoy the amenities of the Gulf-front rentals at half the price! Prices have been adjusted to conform to our present economic crisis so your dollar will go farthest at Heron House!

My family and I stayed at the Heron House in June, 2011. It was a very relaxing experience. Just driving up to it, you can tell this is home away from home at its best. Paul & Diana are friendly and willing to answer all of your questions. Our comfort was a priority. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortably furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and they give you plenty of pillows. Just a few steps down a sandy path is the beautiful white sands beach where we seen Manatees in the mornings and took in the gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Shopping is within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, gifts, etc. Our family will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach:
The Heins family have been coming to Anna Maria Island since 1990. At that time, Paul and his kids were living near Tampa and so Paul's mom and dad first purchased the single family house next door as a great family getaway and place to come during the cold winter months in New Jersey. When the duplex came on the market a few years later, they purchased it.

There is even a free trolley that runs every 30 minutes up and down the entire island. And most importantly, that beautiful beach is just down the path!
