Nestled in the mountains 2 miles from the Mont Tremblant ski resort. Newly constructed post + beam home on 2 ½ acres, impeccably furnished and outfitted with the latest electronics and appliances. Beautiful views from several windows and from spectacular decks.
Chalet has 3 floors with an excellent layout so groups can maintain their own relaxing spaces. 4 bedrooms including one in the walkout basement – perfect for grannies or children (3 queens upstairs and 4 singles downstairs). .
Location:
Known as one of the best properties in the area as it is great for those who prefer to be physically active or for those who simply enjoy peace and quiet. It is close to the activities of Mont Tremblant, many spectacular golf courses and to the restaurants and shops in St. Jovite.
Located directly next door to the Domain St. Bernard a 1,500 acre property famous for cross country skiing and snowshoe trails (bicycle and hiking trails in the summer) and backing on to the Diable River which hosted the National Fly Fishing Championships in 2008.
The chalet is surrounded by trail systems leading to the Domaine St. Bernard, to the mountain or to the villages – all without encountering automobiles (only pedestrians, cyclists or deer).

Why the Owner Chose Mont Tremblant
This will seem a little odd, but besides the fact that Mont Tremblant is an incredible place, we choose this specific location to build for two reasons. First, although you are only 3 minutes away from the formula one racetrack, you can not hear the it from our house. You would really appreciate this during the summer months when you are trying to relax during the daytime. The second reason we bot in this location is that we wanted to be in a house where we could easily ride our bike to the mountain, the town of St Jovite and to Domaine St Bernard without killing ourselves on the huge hills. This location is just perfect for that.
Cross country skiing and mountain bike. Great lake for swimming, Planetarium, Nature Garden
