OUR VACATION HOME WILL SURROUND YOU WITH STYLE AND COMFORT!
Our Charleston-Style model home was built less than 500 yards from the most incredible pristine beach on Hilton Head Island. Our home is a spacious 3000 sq/ft and has been professionally decorated and landscaped. We await you for a short week or extended holiday. Vacationing on Hilton Head Island is a superb way to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or personal accomplishment.
This private home is also a unique venue for a family reunion or a relaxing holiday with very special friends. Our home comfortably accommodates eight adults in four richly appointed first-class bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and TV/Video entertainment. The spacious well appointed interior of the home allows extended groups to revel in each other's company, yet also retreat to private places.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen which is ready when you are for either enjoying a lightly packed meal for the beach or going all out and cooking your own family-style meal. There is a magnificent dining area adjacent to the living room which features a comfortable area for relaxing or snuggling up to the glow of amber in the gas fireplace. You can relax by stepping out through the double sliders to the veranda that is either cooled by our ocean breezes or overhead paddle fans.
This floor also features a master bedroom with a queen size bed which includes a bay window with breakfast table, fold out sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom.
The second floor includes two lavish master bedrooms one with queen and the other with a king size bed. Both bedrooms feature TV/Video entertainment, walk-in closets, ensuite Jacuzzi-style bath tubs, twin vanity sinks with full mirrors and separately enclosed showers.
The third bedroom, is used as a family room and has its own ensuite bathroom as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This room features TV/Video entertainment, a bay window and adjoining walk out private veranda with a paddle fan.
Included on the second floor is a laundry room with full size washer / dyer, utility sink, folding area, ironing board, and iron.
The private shaded cocktail pool is surrounded by a charmingly landscaped garden and barbecue area which sets the stage for time spent amid spectacular surroundings.
This mid-island location couldn't be more perfect or one of a kind. Your nearest beach (within 500 yards) is just a short walk or bicycle ride. The Singleton Beach area features the new 70 acre Collins Park. The park has lit tennis courts, walking trails, soccer field, baseball diamonds, as well as a fenced dog park. This prestigious yet un-commercialized setting has a walk up beach snack bar with facilities and a lovely view of the newly renovated Robert Trent Jones golf course on the right.
This year free transport to and from Singleton Beach will be provided! The complimentary beach shuttle service operates from Memorial day thru Labor Day Sunday- Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
