Our Charleston-Style model home was built a short walk from the most incredible pristine beach on Hilton Head Island. Our home is a spacious 3000 sq/ft and has been professionally decorated and landscaped. We await you for a short week or extended holiday. Vacationing on Hilton Head Island is a superb way to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or personal accomplishment.
This private home is also a unique venue for a family reunion or a relaxing holiday with very special friends. Our home comfortably accommodates eight adults in four richly appointed first-class bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and Flat Screen HD-TV entertainment. The spacious well appointed interior of the home allows extended groups to revel in each other's company, yet also retreat to private places.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen which is ready when you are for either enjoying a lightly packed meal for the beach or going all out and cooking your own family-style meal. There is a magnificent dining area adjacent to the living room which features a comfortable area for relaxing or snuggling up to the glow of amber in the gas fireplace. You can relax by stepping out through the double sliders to the veranda that is either cooled by our ocean breezes or overhead paddle fans.
This floor also features a master bedroom with a queen size bed which includes a bay window with breakfast table, fold out sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom.
The second floor includes two lavish master bedrooms one with queen and the other with a king size bed. Both bedrooms feature Flat Screen HD-TV, walk-in closets, ensuite Jacuzzi-style bath tubs, twin vanity sinks with full mirrors and separately enclosed showers.
The third bedroom, is used as a family room and has its own ensuite bathroom as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This room features Flat Screen HD-TV, a bay window and adjoining walk out private veranda with a paddle fan.
Included on the second floor is a laundry room with full size washer / dyer, utility sink, folding area, ironing board, and iron.
The private shaded cocktail pool is surrounded by a charmingly landscaped garden and barbecue area which sets the stage for time spent amid spectacular surroundings.
This mid-island location couldn't be more perfect or one of a kind. Your nearest beach (within 500 yards) is just a short walk or bicycle ride. The Singleton Beach area features the new 70 acre Collins Park. The park has lit tennis courts, walking trails, soccer field, baseball diamonds, as well as a fenced dog park. This prestigious yet un-commercialized setting has a walk up beach snack bar with facilities and a lovely view of the newly renovated Robert Trent Jones golf course on the right.
This year free transport to and from the private access at Singleton Beach will be provided! The complimentary beach shuttle service operates from Memorial day thru Labor Day Sunday- Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head this month! This lovely home was perfect for several couples to enjoy time together while also having their own private spaces. We rented bikes, enjoyed great walks to the beach and in the park across the street, and were pleased that stores and restaurants were so convenient. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend this property to my friends.

We just returned home from our vacation at Singleton by the Beach. This was a wonderful vacation and we enjoyed our time in this beautifully appointed home. We did not want for anything, the house is indeed a "home", tastefully decorated and quite spacious. Just a few short minutes from the beach by bike and a leisurely walk if needed to get to the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will definitely come again, even the 13 hour drive was worth it! Thanks so much for all of your help and being so accessible when we needed questions answered. Wonderful place!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this home. It is very clean and comfortable. Since each bedroom has it's own bathroom, it is well suited for 4 couples. It is within a short bike ride of the beach. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

Our family recently stayed at your beautiful home and it was the best vacation we have had in years! We felt really pampered. The house is very tastefully decorated, and is arranged so that each person had plenty of privacy for an afternoon nap, or a relaxing bath in the spa tub, yet there was adequate space for us to dine or just spend quality time together. We especially liked the fact that the shuttle was readily available to drive us back and forth to the beach with only a quick phone call. This was truly a getaway that we will not forget for a long time!

We have just returned after spending 2 weeks in your beautiful home, the location of which makes it absolutely ideal as base to tour the island by car or by bike. it is only 2 minutes pedal time from the fantastic beach and, with your attention to detail as far as fixtures and fittings are concerned, wanted for nothing; whether it be beach chairs or barbecue equipment.

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. Although the house looks great on the website, it was even nicer than we expected. The kids loved having their own rooms and private baths, and we all enjoyed escaping the heat by hanging around the tiny dipping pool. Our entire week was just great!
