The only other place that has these beautiful, turquoise clear waters is the Caribbean. We can drive her versus flying and coordinating everyone's schedule

Great vacation to the Emerald Coast

We had such a great time during our annual family vacation to Destin. Ocean Paradise is a glorious home being right on the sand and offers excellent amenities that my family enjoyed. We spend many evenings enjoying the sunset from the rooftop deck and splashing in the private pool. We will definitely be returning to this fantastic vacation destination!

We have stayed with beachviewvacationrentals now 3 times and this was our 4th year with you'll. We like to stay at different homes and you suggested Ocean Paradise because of the large elevator for our elderly parents and the 2 separate King Master Suites both overlooking the Gulf for us and them. We really enjoyed our time at this home and we may want to stay at this home next year although Silver Sands Escape is also beautiful. Ocean Paradise had all the luxuries we like for our vacation stays...a kitchen well stocked with pots, coffee makers, wine coolers, etc so we don't have to bring anything with us. The laundry rooms are so nice to have 2 of them, the water fountain on the wall downstairs in the Foyer is beautiful and Michelle and I really liked the sound at night since we had the master suite next to it.. It was so soothing. Our closets were large which you know the wife loves for all her stuff. Our parents enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all of us with the grandkids playing at the beach and if they got hot, they went upstairs to the pool. Dad would fix mom her strawberry daiquiris up there. They would stay there and watch the sunset over the water. That is what makes us happy is to see their enjoyment. This home is in an area of Destin called Destiny By The Sea which in our opinion is the best area of Destin to stay because of the security guard and gated community on the beach. Every home in there is beautiful on the outside but Ocean Paradise is probably the prettiest as far as decor on the inside. We appreciate the sound systems throughout the home- it was nice to listen to music while out on the balcony. The kids just enjoy room to roam around the house and we enjoy that it had plenty of space. This home was very clean when we arrived and Sissy and Jim checked on us to make sure everything was okay. We enjoyed our vacation again this year, thank you. Stephen and Michelle

Ocean Paradise--- We wanted to write to all the other visitors like us that have never been to Destin, FL of how absolutely breathtaking this beach town is. We found your home via the web and when we saw the pictures online of this home, all of us were so excited that we would have our family vacation here this summer. We went right to the house(this company makes everything so easy for your check in and your stay) and were taken back by the beauty. Some of the areas we loved the most was the top pool area complete with a Gas Grill, refrigerator, ice maker and sink so while we lounged around- we had everything there for lunch and cold drinks. We were on our rafts all day in the pool looking down at the beach and the water all day. The way the sun sparkled on the water was mesmerizing. The kids loved going right out the door and onto the beach every morning to build their sandcastle contest. They would come and go with one of us, very convenient and the shower head on the side of the house made it easy to wash them off every time before entering the home. The 2 laundry rooms- with those big washers and dryer were a life saver with keeping up with everyone. Loved the decor of this house-new and not run down like so many of the beach homes we have stayed in. We brought so many kitchen pots and other items to cook with and we didn't need any of it. The kitchen is packed with all kinds of cookware- much more than we expected. Loved the espresso machine and the wine fridge. The location of this home is very convenient to everything and everyplace in Destin- shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, activities, rental shops, movie theaters and the water play area for the kids besides being right on the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Thank you Sissy and Jim for having this home so clean and everything working beautifully for our arrival. I know we didn't need you during our stay but thank you for checking in with us anyway. Terri... I am so excited about having my wedding at this beautiful ocean front home. I knew when we drove up on Saturday that I was going to fall in love with it ... and I did... I love the way the garage opens on 2 sides opening in to the courtyard, this is going to be perfect. I guess I don't need to say that I can't wait... Oh my, the home is just beautiful!!!Thank You...
