  We were at this house on August and everything was just perfect. The house is lovely, very clean, and cozy. The walk to the beach is ok...the beach was really good!! We enjoyed very much our stay at the house!!!! I have 3 other friend families that rented at the same neighborhood (Magnolia Cottages) and they were all very satisfied with their houses and the location.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  Just got home from a great Spring Break with family! House was perfect-beautifully decorated and owner so wonderful to work with!!! Rented bikes that were delivered the 1st day we were there and picked up the day we left! Pool & beach a close walk! Great trip! Thanks!

  We just got back from nearly a week at "Just Right". The name describes it perfectly. The house was immaculate and well decorated with comfortable furniture. Just about anything you need is there, even beach chairs! It is at the end of a quiet street and surrounded by natural plant life so you have lots of privacy. The pool is basically at the other end of the street and the beach access is a short walk. The beach in this area has very high dunes and most beach accesses have very steep stairs, so you may take that into consideration if you have mobility issues. There are lots of great things to do nearby and the area is such a nice change of pace from the busy big beach towns. Lisa was super friendly and easy to work with. It would be hard to find another house this great in this area for the rates she is offering. We will stay here again and again! Parents of young children: this house is kid friendly (there is even a kiddie table on the porch!) but I would recommend bringing a tension baby gate to put at the base of the stairs going to the master bedroom. My kids couldn't stay off of them! The steps for the bunkbed are removable (my toddler kept climbing up). Don't take a stroller to the beach - it would be nearly impossible to get it up/down the beach steps.

  My husband, son (2 year old), and I stayed in Just Right with another small family in early May 2011 and the home fit us perfectly. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Beach access was easy and the beach was gorgeous and quiet. Lots of nearby shopping and eateries. Lisa was a pleasure to do business with and no fuss getting into or checking out of the home. We hope to come back for years to come.

  We loved LOVED staying at Just Right! It was so nice and just a short walk across the street to the beach! Lisa made it so easy to rent and she is so sweet! She sent an entire list of wonderful places to eat and things to do! We will be back very soon!! Thanks Lisa! :)

  We have stayed here for two years in a row! We love it! It is a very nice house that fits our family great.It was very clean and looked great. and Lisa has been great to work with. We love the area. You have places to eat and little shops to look at. We enjoy going to seaside and to rosemary beach areas where there are very nice places for the kids to play and for us to eat. The donut cart in aly's beach is fun for a morning walk. We highly recommend this property. We will be back this year!

  We stayed at this wonderful home in July and could not have asked for anything nicer! Beaches were not very crowded and absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be back.
