Welcome to your beautifully decorated and fully equipped, Italian inspired, luxury home. With over 2600 square feet of living space, this is the perfect home for entertaining any group. Entering the home, the floor plan unfolds into the spacious great room, kitchen and dining area.
Picture a wall-length set of sliding glass doors that give you an expansive view of the lanai and new pool, perfect for some outdoor R&R and grilling on the BBQ. The living room has a large 42 inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and stereo system.
Relax in the master bedroom suite (King Bed) with an attached master bath. Bathroom includes two vanities, double sinks, granite counter tops, a large walk-in tiled shower and soaking tub. There are two huge walk in closets and a private door to the lanai. The master bedroom has its own TV.
There are two additional bedrooms and a den/office. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a fun trundle twin bed and a set of bunk beds, the bottom being a full size and top, a twin. Additionally there is a pack and play for your littlest guest. The den includes a pull-out couch and a fully stocked home office including a computer with high speed internet, Wi-Fi capability, printer, fax, scanner, copier and a docking station for your I-pod.
Enjoy cooking in an all new gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cherry colored cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. This kitchen has been fully stocked for all your cooking and entertaining needs.
Park your cars and store your extra belongings in the 2 car garage. Separate entry from the garage leads into a utility room with full sized washer, dryer and large sink.
Enjoy the amenities of private Colonial Shores which features a clubhouse with 40' lap pool, a fitness center, picnic area and playground.

We use it when we currently don't have anyone booked so that we can see our family more often. We live in Seattle and the Florida sunshine is the perfect get away!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Being a family with young kids, we appreciate the privacy of a gated community that has a great clubhouse and pool. We love to stroll around the neighborhood that has several small lakes. The house is super comfortable and fun. There are so many great things to do in Fort Myers - I've even put together a book of sample days for our guests!

Plenty of space plus a nice pool. It was great for our family gathering and we found the location to be perfect--close proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Not far from the bridges to Sanibel Island and/or Fort Myers Beach. Nice gated community--we had several nice morning walks around the area. The owners are very helpful if anything comes up. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and I had a great time staying in your beautiful home! We really enjoyed the new designer pool, and we loved being only about fifteen minutes from Sanibel Island. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Our family spent a month here during the summer and had the greatest time. We loved the house and the beautiful community. The house is brand new and very spacious, perfect for a family with small kids. Also, we cannot thank Cindy and Pete enough for their help in solving the small problems you always have in any household. In spite of the distance, this was done in no time!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. Great Location, only minutes to beautiful sunset beaches. Beautiful home with spacious floor plan. Owners went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great heated community pool with BBQ and playground area for kids.

This place is amazing! Spacious, clean, quiet, excellent facilities. Many beautiful birds within safe, gated community. Close to wonderful beaches, shops and plenty of local flavor. The hosts are exceptional helpful and attentive, even at a distance. We had a great time.
