I love this condo! Always clean, well stocked and wonderfully located. I have stayed with Steve & Rhonda 3 or 4 times and have never had any problem. They are a delight to deal with, which is reflected in their condo. Thanks for a wonderful spring shopping trip!!! Hope to see you again soon.

Perfect Vacation Spot

When we arrived, the condo was clean and inviting. Everything (soap, laundry supplies, towels,etc) were provided. Kitchen new and functional. Balcony view was perfect (dolphins every morning). Really appreciated laundry. Everything worked. Bed rooms had no common walls. Plenty of seating. Direct access to beach. Close to everything we needed. Elevator was very helpful. We will back!!

We had a great time at the condo. It's very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. It is also in close proximity to numerous restaurants and stores. The pictures don't do the actual condo justice. All in all, a great place to stay. We will definitely come again.

The great mystery in selecting a property is will it live up to your families expectations. Look no further! The description is what it says it is. Very close to HWY 59 when you arrive so you are not tied up in traffic. Restaurants in walking distance. Ocean right outside your door. Pool great size. Friendly workers in the building. Perfect corner view. Very comfortable and modern. We would certainly come back here and you will not be disappointed.

Rhonda, We had a great time at your condo and couldn't have asked for anything better! We loved the gulf view, the spacious layout, and the inviting feel of the entire place. The kids loved the bunk beds and the kid room...it felt like their own paradise. It was our first time to the area, and I hope we can make it a yearly tradition! You were so helpful and friendly during the rental process and made our first time renting a condo so easy. We have many great memories from this vacation. Thanks for all that you did!

Hi Rhonda, really sorry its taken me so long to comment. We stayed the first week of April,2009 and absolutely loved it. Walking into your unit was like walking into a picture in a magazine. It was so beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect ... so close to everything. The view was awesome. Our first time to Gulf Shores so seeing the shore right out the window was breathtaking. The pool area was very well kept and clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our kids have informed us that we HAVE to go back!!You were such a joy to talk with and we loved seeing your family in pictures. Good Day Ms Rhonda, We are finally home and unpacked from our fabulous trip to Gulf Shores and I wanted to take the time to write a brief note for your VRBO website (I am a comment reader myself). First and foremost, your unit exceeded our expectations. We have traveled to that same area many times and stayed in various condominiums both in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach alike. Yours was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable and nicely updated. It is clear you spared no expense when remodeling the unit. I can also affirm what a great value it was for any family considering a unit in Gulf Shores. Would you believe I paid MORE for a unit in that same complex with very unattractive (and uncomfortable) furnishings just two years ago? I used (deleted) of course and they made it such a hassle I decided to try VRBO. I'm so glad I did and just wanted to tell you I will look no further in the future for our accommodations. You were such a breath of fresh air to speak with over the telephone and my family and I were pleased to have seen your lovely family photos (you have a beautiful son). Thank you again. Rhonda, We had a wonderful time on our Mothers outing with 6 x 16 year old girls for Spring Break 2009. The Girls had a blast, it was a little cool, but after you went in the sun it was great. The girls loved the bunk beds!! The location of the condo was perfect too, because is was close to the garbage shoot(had alot of that), elevator and not to mention the restaurant that was connected to the condo complex(Boardwalk). Plus it was not to high since it was on the 3rd floor and you could still talk to people from the balcony that was at the pool. Thank God the unit was on the end because some nights the girls were a little loud with the talking and the music. Parking was perfect. I parked under the building the whole time, next to the door/elevator. I guess not alot of people thought they could park there because it was always vacant. To be perfectly honest I sat in the recliner with my computer the whole time because they were so comfortable. Actually everyone loved them. Wanda and I already said that we were going to save your number so we arrange a trip next year or if our family wants to stay another time. I can keep going on and on, but thanks again for the memorable experience for us moms and our daughters and their friends. The Girls have not stop talking about it.

My family and family friends stayed at this rental and had a wonderful experience. The owner had all of the paperwork in order and made the rental process very easy. The property itself is not much to comment from the outside, but the inside of the condo is very nicely appointed. The location is also excellent - right in the middle of everything. The pool area is well kept and was always clean. We took home nothing but good memories and we are already planning our next trip to stay at this location. The only negative of the entire trip is that parking directly outside the condo is somewhat limited, but there is additional parking across the street. Overall, the parking was not really even that big a deal.
