We bought this property from a good friend who renovated it several years ago. They had been renting it for years and really enjoyed the experience of showing off the home town to visitors. The property is perfect for families and we love hosting new folks who enjoy Falmouth and all it has to offer!

My husband and I, along with our two sons and families from Boston (including 3 grandchildren, ages 7, 5 and 3) had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The owners were helpful from the beginning. We enjoyed Old Silver Beach, took the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, use the biking trail for running (children used scoothers). Our children loved walking to Starbucks and for icecream in the evening. We also enjoyed walking to many of the nearby shops and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this property to a friend or relative.

5 of my girlfriends and I rented these cottages in Falmouth and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The cottages were very comfortable, clean, spacious and contained every accomodation we could want. We especially enjoyed the front porch in the mornings and late evenings. The location was convenient to downtown Falmouth, Wood's Hole, Ferry's to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and of course a 'Dunkin Donuts' :)

The owners were great from the start, with good communication and very helpful. The house and cottage were cleaned and stocked with everything you need-toilet paper, trash bags, batteries, laundry detergent-it was great! The house was very spacious, the bedroom upstairs with the queen bed had a closet big enough for a pack and plays, which is great for a young one. The cottage was nice and cool, and very comfortable as well. The backyard had great shade for playing wiffleball and having picnics. Being walking distance to the center of town was very convenient as well. The neighbohood itself was quiet and friendly, great for a stroll. I'd highly recommend exploring a lot of the beaches in Falmouth, there is so much to offer! Highly recommend for all ages!

My family simply loved staying here. Jenny was the perfect hostess and we found the house to be exactly was advertised...and more. The listing location was accurate, the photos reflected the house accurately, the property was very clean and very well maintained, and it was a wonderful place to stay. My wife, our 3 sons (8, 11, and 13) and myself had plenty of space in her meticuous house and plenty of activities to do in and around Falmouth. We did not even need to use the attached cottage in the back (though it was nice to have "just in case"). I would recommend this place to friends and relatives and if our travels lead us back to Falmouth, we will staying here again.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this fantastic fun-house. Two families with lots of kids and there was PLENTY of room indoors and out for all sorts of fun-activities. It was made all that much better with the great hospitality of the owners who double checked on our comforts during our stay. Can't wait to have another opportunity to go back.

We had a fantastic week staying at this property in August. The house is beautiful, with everything that you need. The garden is a nice size and a shed stocked with beach games, deck chairs and bikes was great. There were 6 of staying here and we had plenty of room! We arranged this stay from the UK and found Jenny & Tim to be extremeley helpfull and could not of made it easier for us. The area is perfect, short walk to the beach, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and the town centre, with easy access to the major roads to take us all round the Cape. Was a great location to enable us to fully explore the area. Would highly recommend it and would hope to return one day!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Enough room inside for all of us with plenty of room in the yard for cooking out. Excellent location with plenty of parking. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the harbor and baseball. Plenty of beach options nearby. House was clean and welcoming. Owners very helpful. Provided plenty of information on Falmouth and things to do. Flowers and Whale Tail Ale a nice touch.

My family just had a fantastic vacation in Falmouth. 6 adults and 5 grand children ranging from 10 to 2. There is something for everyone. We went to a different beach each day and walked for ice cream every night. The boys took in a ball game. The house was immaculate. The cottage was perfect for my daughter's family. We stayed in the master and my other daughter had her crew upstairs. The location was just perfect for us. The back yard was big enough for the kids to play after the beach. The street was very quiet. It was a perfect week.
