Private entrances, decks, garages, and large interior rooms provide privacy and space for all guests.
Casa Grande, downstairs, accommodates a maximum of 6 people, children included. In addition to the spacious interior, the 500 sq. ft. ocean view deck and large enclosed back yard extend living space. Two Flat Screen TVs plus TVs in each bedroom; DVD/VCR players and CD players are in the living room and the kids’ room. The fully equipped kitchen has a large preparation/eating bar that facilitates entertaining. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The large ocean view deck has one long redwood tables, lounge chairs and chairs to accommodate guests for outdoor dining. A Gas BBQ is located on the deck..
El Cielo, upstairs, is no longer available for rent.
Porta Cribs and High Chairs are available. Bicycles, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in the garage for client use. An outdoor hot/cold shower and changing area allows clients to shower off sand after a day at the beach. High speed wireless internet is available.
The owner takes great pride in maintaining the property in immaculate condition: area rugs are steamed cleaned regularly; blankets and bedspreads are washed or dry cleaned every month; linens are replaced regularly; walls are painted annually; kitchen cupboards, pots/pans, dishes, and glasses are kept spotless.
Casitas del Mar has become many return clients “home away from home.” Return guests cherish the location, amenities, space, and comfort of this large beach property.

Casitas del Mar is located on a relatively quiet two block area of North Pacific Beach. This beach area is primarily known to locals and local surfers, making the Law Street Beach (Pacific Palisades) a coveted area to enjoy, without the noise of large crowds. Homes in the area well maintained, and most are inhabited by owners, with a handful rented as vacation rentals.

Clients can enjoy a two minute walk to miles and miles of beach and a 10 minute walk to restaurants, night life, and shopping. They thoroughly enjoy riding the beach cruisers along miles of beach down to the jettee or the Mission Beach Boardwalk and roller coaster. The property offers outdoor living on the 500 square foot deck as well as in the enclosed large back yard. The property is continually upgraded, furnishings replaced, and the residence cleaned professionally.
