The house was impecable, great design, furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and entertaining...right down to the foil and plastic wrap. Liz and Marcio were a pleasure to deal with and really easy going. We had two kids under four with us and we loved the open floorplan and space they had to run around (albeit on concrete floors - so you have to keep an eye on them). We'll be back for sure.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house was one of two houses we rented for a group of 16 people. The experience from initial contact up until check out was impecable. Deposits and payments were all as scheduled and on time. Working with Liz and Marcio was a pleasure. Marcio was there right when we arrived, and gave us a detailed tour of the house. The amenities of the house were great. Fully stocked. I was even surprised to find some cooking oil available in the kitchen. The decoration was modern, and very comfortable. The pool was very clean, and the jacuzzi all ready to go. I could go on, but I will just say that it is quite a perfect home for vacationing. I would highly recommend it. You will not regret it. I can't wait for our next opportunity for a Palm Springs getaway to get this home again. Thanks Liz and Marcio!

There are many houses for rent in Palm Springs, but this one stands out for the quality of the renovation, furnishings, layout, and accessories. The floor plan is spacious, airy, bright and accommodates many uses. We were a couple with two small girls. Between the fabulous pool, hot tub, and 65" screen in the media room, the girls were fully entertained. The master bathroom is pure indulgence. The best part is that the property is very professionally managed, both offsite (Liz in LA), and near-site. (We had to call Marcio twice and he couldn't have been nicer.) 5 gold stars for this one!!!
