The Franz Klammer is the perfect cross between a private home and and a stand-alone condo. The staff goes out of its way to private any amenity or assistance you need, 24/7. The units are luxurious, large, and well-appointed. There is a full game room, a full spa, outdoor hot tubs, meeting rooms, and the staff will even shop for your groceries before you arrive.
There are mainly owners present at the Franz, and the security is outstanding. The Franz is owned by the Fairmont group. Children are free to roam the property and quickly make friends. The ski school and Gondola are 30 yards away.
In addition, the Franz has a magnificent lobby and fireplace, where you can meet, greet, play games, enjoy cocktails, complimentary fruit, and just enjoy the free newspapers provided daily. We have been Franz Members for 5 years and enjoy it both winter and summer. It is a one-of-a-kind experience. No lift lines. Open runs at all levels, and lots of family skiing as well as some Extreme Challenges. We have skied all over the world and will never go anywhere else. We guarantee you will love it!

We will accept reasonable offers as they come in.
We skied New Year's week but can't make it Spring Break, so we hope another family
will get to enjoy it. Warm regards ... the snow is outstanding this year!
P.S. The condo is almost 2000 sq ft with plenty of room for all, and 3 bathrooms,
Jacuzzi, and Mr. Steam shower. Absolute luxury, free transportation to and
from airport and to anywhere you wish to go in Telluride. Please note
you are responsible for cleaning, bar, and spa/massage fees as used.
