True Log Cabin with a large deck to take in the exceptional view of Swan Lake. Cabin features two bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped kitchen and a loft(great for the kids). Sleeps six.
Approximately 15 steps down to the large shallow sandy beach with fire pit. A great lake (2400 acres w/public access) for fishing, skiing, swimming and other water sports. A great sand bar to anchor and relax.
There are a couple of local beer and burger joints in Pengilly, as well as a small resort on the lake. Our favorite is Dozers, their Hamburgers are fantastic; located approximately 2 miles from the cabin.
For your convenience two gas/grocery stations are within 1.5 miles. A larger grocery store is available in Nashwauk, approximately 6 miles away.
