OCEAN FRONT.....OCEAN FRONT: This two bedroom, two bath condo is within 100 feet of the ocean on the third floor. End unit over looking the pool. This is a hot spot for buggy boarders, dolphins, whales, and watching the cruise ships come in. Ideal to watch the Ironman Swim and great location for short walk to town. Recently upgraded with granite counter tops, new furniture and appliances. The pool has a salt water chloranization system.Spa is a nice size. The cabana area by the pool has 4 barbeques which are well maintained. We have lots of covered parking. The concrete construction makes each unit very quiet.
