You are going to love your vacation in New Braunfels! This house is only 5 miles from Schlitterbahn and tubing on the Comal or Guadalupe River.
This home is the perfect place for a large group or family to come relax in take in the hill country. In addition to being great for your vacation, this is the perfect place for your family reunion, bachelorette party, birthday party, wedding shower, Church Retreat, etc.
This home comes fully equipped with a BBQ pit, Washer, Dryer, Wireless Internet, HDTV, and so much more!
Come relax in this amazing new 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that was just built in 2009! In addition to over 2400 square feet of living space, there is an additional 3000+ square feet of outdoor space with a giant Deck off the house that covers the patio below, and another 2 level deck down right over the water!
Lounge in the sun or the shade and enjoy swimming in the calm Lake Dunlap. Bring your boat! There is a boat launch 5 minutes away and we have plenty of parking for the trailer at no extra charge.
Inside the house you will enjoy a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island/bar. The kitchen flows into the dining room and then into the living room to create a huge open space to hangout and relax. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Just bring the food and we will supply the dishes, pots, pans, silverware and everything in between!
The living room has a great 50" HDTV and a leather sofa sleeper with love seat. Also on the main floor is the Master bedroom that has a King Size bed and a private bathroom with a HUGE walk-in shower. Across the hall from the Master bedroom is another bedroom with two (2) full size beds. There is also another full bathroom downstairs.
We also have a full size washer and dryer downstairs for your convenience.
Head upstairs and take in the breathtaking views from another bedroom with a King size bed, a den area which has a sofa sleeper and another HDTV (great area for the kids!). The den opens up onto a beautiful 1000 square foot deck with amazing views of the lake.
Past the den is the "Bunk Room" that has 1 Full on top of Full Bunk Bed and 1 separate full size bed (That's 3 Full size beds!). Also upstairs is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom (2 separate sinks which are separated from the rest of the bathroom).
If the house and the lake don’t keep you busy enough, you are incredibly close to everything else that the New Braunfels area has to offer:

Also, Historic Gruene, TX is only about 10 minutes away. In Gruene you will find great antique and gift shops, the oldest dancehall in Texas, Gruene Hall, and some of the best Restaurants the area has to offer.

We rented this house for mine and a friends 30th birthday and it was perfect. It was a great meeting place for those coming in from out of town to get away. This place has everything you will need for a relaxing weekend. I will definitely keep this place in mind for years to come.

a group of close friends and myself stayed at this property back towards the end of August in 2010. The layout of the house was fantastic and very inviting and comfortable. The view was great and we could not have asked for a more perfect time together. We felt we were miles away and truly able to relax, yet not far from anything. The owners of this house made our arrival and departure very easy . Thank you many times over. Would love to come back

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home during our kids fall break. We had three families travel down for the long weekend and we all had a blast! The house was perfect -- we really liked the layout with 2 living areas, an open kitchen and nice flat screen TV's with cable to watch the football games! Most of all, we loved the decks and spent lots of time sitting out by the lake! We'll be back in 2011!
