This Lake front paradise boasts one of the best views of Table Rock Lake. Sunset is amazing to watch from any window in the house, on one of the two 65' foot decks, in the hammock, or from your personal and private hot tub!
This house is conveniently located off Hwy 86 which has easy access from Hwy 65. By water, the house is halfway between the State Park Marina and the Kimberling City Bridge. The house sits on two private acres in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. This Lake front Paradise has four bedrooms and is perfect for a family looking to get away from it all.
The house comes fully loaded, including the kitchen, rooms, laundry and entertainment. You just need to bring yourself! There are several TV.'s with satellite, DVD players, games, movies, high speed internet access, a pool table, 22 foot long shuffle board table, upright arcade games and outdoor horse shoes. Plus the lake fun!!
The house is lake front and you can access the water from the back of the house via a safe path. From the yard to the shore is 30 yards! You will have access to a wonderful shoreline to swim, fish or relax.
However, if you are looking to leave the house for a day on the Branson strip, Branson Landing, Silver Dollar City, or to catch a show, you are in the right place. There are so many things to do and see in and around Table Rock Lake and the entire Branson area!
This home has it all for the perfect vacation in paradise!!

*If you are looking to bring a boat, you can either park the boat at the house, or a boat slip will be provided for you at a nearby marina. (Already included in rental fee as a bonus to you) The slip at the marina will also allow you access to use of the marina and dock.

This place was awesome and so were the owners. Our family came in June 2010 and we're planning to return in 2011. What a vacation house, with all the amenities and a perfect location. We kept our boat on shore, the shore was perfect for grilling out and hanging out all day. The double deck was where we spent most of our time if not on the water....hot tub, hammock, and every meal. The downstairs bar and game room with pool and shuffleboard and arcade games were great and was a great stage to watch out Blackhawks with the Cup! Thanks Melissa, we'll see you again next year and we'll bring the new 'big' raft! Definitely an annual trip!!!
