13 Governors Lane is a 4 bedroom/4 bath ocean home that has been recently updated throughout. The kitchen offers an island with seating and stainless steel appliances. This home is located on just inside the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate directly across from the Sea Pines Country Club, just a 2 minute drive to the beach. 13 Governors has three levels with great bedroom separation. The first master has a sitting window where you can relax after a long day at the beach. It also has a private bath with shower. The second master suite has a large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Both twin bedrooms share a bath. The large outdoor patio offers views of the nearby Lagoon and Local Wildlife. A custom built Pergola encapsulates the table, chairs, Swinging Love Seat and Barbecue.
