The villa consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room, Three double bedrooms and a twin room with bunk beds. There are 1 bathroom and a toilette. The villa has got two balconies and a roof garden where you can enjoy BBQ .
The accommodation is located in Cremia at 5 minutes driving to Menaggio is in a central position between lake and mountains therefore is an ideal starting point for any sort of excursion.
The lake is at 5 minutes walking to the property, is located in a strategic position for those who likes windsurfing and sailing. It has sandy beach to enjoy sunbathing and a number of water sports, restaurants and bars. Mountains are close as well, they are full of walking trails taking you up to meadows and mountains top.
At five 10 minutes from the property you have a stunning golf course the oldest in Italy (1904). The largest town is Como which is 30 min away or Lugano (Switzerland) which is also 30 min.
Lake Como is not only an attractive place to visit during summer but also during spring and autumn are wonderful with pleasant temperatures. our guests in wintertime combine temperature climate on the lake and skiing slopes at 90 minutes by car in splendid St. Moritz (Switzerland)
