Why the Owner Chose Rio Grande
An isolated setting at the very tip of a peninsula. Donald Trump is constructing condos on the opposite side of this peninsula and it is my understanding that the Marriott has plans for a luxurious resort with mall shopping on the other tip of this peninsula opposite Sol Melia. I love the idea that the resort appears like a community with no high rise cement to be seen anywhere. Plush greenery and beautiful outdoor plantings and meeting areas spread out throughout. The pool is better than an english muffin with all its nooks and crannies to swim in and out of, and fully equipped with a pool bar that you can swim up to and a snack area where lunch is served. There is a casino on the premises and several restaurants. The management thought of all of our needs and planned well for them. There are small shops, a concierge to help you out with any of your transport needs, tour planning, car rental right at the hotel, golf carts and golf programs. Full spa treatments available. From taking a stroll along the beach at sunrise or sunset to planning a program for the children to engage in activities - it is all there for the taking or the asking. Come join us in this playground.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Master Bedroom unit is approximately 1400-1600 sq. ft. in area. The door opens to a small entry area with a full dining room opening up before you and a full living room behind it. A fully equipped kitchen opens to your side and leads to the main bath area. The entire floor area is pale marble and stretching out before you. The master bedroom has a corner entry off the living room and houses a king bed and its private entrance onto the large deck fully equipped with a hot tub and ocean view, as well as a small snack area and pool below.
