This house is so charming with its high beamed ceilings and paned windows. You'll definitely feel like you're in a little bit of Europe.
It has a wonderful feel. With its great fireplace in the living room surrounded by an intimate eating area. There also is a formal dining room that comfortable seats 10.
Unlike most beach houses it has a front yard approximately 100 feet, completely fenced in providing protection for children and animals. A brand new dishwasher and a wonderful "one of a kind" stove - six burners with two regular size ovens. You will find a complete supply of kitchenware including a Kitchen Aid Mixer. Also beautiful China and glassware for entertaining. There are televisions in every room except the living room and one bedroom - flat screen in the den with DVR which records and can be viewed in the master bedroom - FIOS throughout the house including the computer.
Many unique touches such as the oil lamps in the living room and dining room.
Sheets and towels are provided. Also beach towels, beach chairs and some children's beach toys.
Also includes the use of a Mercedes.
Wonderful patio with gas barbeque and table for six.
And, most of all...great neighbors!!
Just three short blocks from the beach and town.
Around the corner from the local Von's market.
A short walk to Starbucks, Coffee Bean and many other charming stores and restaurants and while you're walking you have the ocean all around you.
