Twelve Palms is a lovely villa that is located on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This villa has a unique Mediterranean design and offers breathtaking views, spacious living quarters and elegant furniture that seem to complete the upscale look of the villa.
Twelve Palms is a lovely villa that was built in 2003 that has a total of four bedrooms. This beautiful villa is well decorated and includes many beautiful sets of furniture. This villa offers the most amazing views of the ocean which can be seen from every window in the villa. The villa includes amenities such as a large pool, a hot tub, a tiki hut, a swim dock, luscious landscaping and a lovely veranda that is situated near the pool that is great for dining out under the sunlight or looking at the stars while gazing at the calm seas.
The villa has a very spacious kitchen that is well equipped with beautiful cabinetry and is full of appliances as to provide a comfortable area to cook and socialize while cooking. Each of the four bedrooms is a master bedroom and includes King sized beds and long twin beds that can be used as a king if necessary. The four bedrooms are connected by a spacious bathroom that contains large showers and beautiful fixtures. The main level of the villa has a very lovely dressing area with a little terrace that allows the view of the pool and ocean. Each bedroom has ceiling fans but they are still air conditioned. There is also another living area that can be used as a nanny’s room. There is a gallery in the upper floor of the villa that would be a perfect get away spot to relax and unwind. There is a powder room located just to the front of the home, as to ensure privacy of the main bed and bathrooms. The living room area which is located on the main level of the villa is very spacious and cozy and is decorated and designed to optimize space and comfort which makes it a great area to associate with friends and family.
The veranda is very spacious and is covered which makes it perfect for dining outside even on those extra sunny or rainy days. A private day/night on the beach is just a light stroll from the villa. There are many exquisite restaurants in the area that offer many fresh delicious dishes including Caribbean, French and Italian just to name a few. Come and enjoy some fresh fish, conch etc to get the true island experience.
We always promote safe practices, so although the crime rate is very low and it is a safe country we advise that you take the necessary measures of locking the villa or your vehicle. It is so easy to get around on the island, and when you arrive there will be someone from our management staff anticipating your arrival to ensure that you receive the Royal treatment and are comfortably settled in your villa. Our representative will answer any questions that you have or help you with any additional needs or wants to ensure your vacation is worry free and relaxed.
