Water's Edge Corner Unit On The Fifth Floor.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1550 plus sq ft. gulf front unit has been cared for during the winter by its owners.
Two bedrooms have king sized beds while the third has twins. It has bunk beds in the hall and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The ceilings are 9 ft and the views are wonderful from this end unit.
Wildlife including dolphins are spotted regularly from the balcony, living room and the master bedroom. It is professionally decorated and the kitchen is well equipped.
The property has two pools, one very LARGE while the other is heated. There is also a small workout room.
Local attractions include the Gulfarium, Howl At The Moon, AJ's, Boathouse Oyster Bar, Harry T's, McGuire's to name a few. The Destin Harbor is 6 miles and sports charter fishing and pontoon and wave runner rentals. There are numerous reasonably priced golf courses in the area.
Our favorite is Ft Walton Beach Golf Course which features 36 holes. Shopping is great at the Silver Shells Outlet mall among others.

I am a recently (2 yrs.) retired dentist from Ohio. My wife of 35 years is an RN but has worked as a housewife only for years. I enjoy golfing(14 hdcp), exercising, and following financial news. I have 2 grandchildren (boys) with my daughter due to have twin boys Jan 2012. Update, Drew and Graham were born Jan 16. 7lb 4oz and 7lb 1 oz. They are very healthy.
Why the Owner Chose Waters Edge
We have been going to the Destin area for 30 years after formerly going to Myrtle Beach. Once we saw the beaches on the emerald coast we never returned to the Atlantic coast.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We just stay at the condo and chill. We used to go out to eat more but now we have a glass of wine while preparing dinner and eat a nice, relaxed, simple meal enjoying the view and sunset.
