Water's Edge Corner Unit On The Fifth Floor.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1550 plus sq ft. gulf front unit has been cared for during the winter by its owners.
Two bedrooms have king sized beds while the third has twins. It has bunk beds in the hall and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The ceilings are 9 ft and the views are wonderful from this end unit.
Wildlife including dolphins are spotted regularly from the balcony, living room and the master bedroom. It is professionally decorated and the kitchen is well equipped.
The property has two pools, one very LARGE while the other is heated. There is also a small workout room.
Local attractions include the Gulfarium, Howl At The Moon, Pat O'Brien's, Harry T's, McGuire's to name a few. The Destin Harbor is 6 miles and sports charter fishing and pontoon and wave runner rentals. There are numerous reasonably priced golf courses in the area.
Our favorite is Ft Walton Beach Golf Course which features 36 holes. Shopping is great at the Silver Shells Outlet mall among others.
This will be a vacation you won't soon forget.
