The lakefront has a private (new) dock which provides spectacular views from early morning to late night under terrific star filled skies! Enjoy boating and swimming activities or simply relax under the shade of a tree at lakeside.
The 2,700 square foot home is nicely furnished. The large living room has 9 foot ceilings and a wood fireplace with lots of windows providing terrific views of the lake from most rooms in the house. Lots of games and puzzles plus a wonderful separate play room with TV, foosball, dart board and ping pong.
Fairview Lake boasts a rich history with a well known girls camp (Camp Oneka) that recently celebrated their 100th anniversary, and the famous Paupack Blueberry Farm which provides the opportunity to pick fresh blueberries in season and enjoy their homemade ice cream and baked goods all summer long!
Fairview represents the ideal family vacation spot. A short walk from the house is a 500 acre land conservancy that provides hiking, fishing and many opportunities to experience nature.
A notable feature of this house is the wonderful sunsets that shimmer across the lake and provide a spectacular warm golden glow at the end of a day.

$500 Security Deposit Upon Booking
1/2 payment due two months prior to arrival date. 1/2 payment due one month prior
to arrival date. No rentals to anyone under age of 28. No ATV's permitted.
Absolute maximum occupancy is 10 people.
