Come to beautiful Destin, Florida, to our lovely three bedroom, three bathroom beach condo in luxurious Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort, located seven miles east of downtown Destin and only steps away from the most beautiful beach you have ever seen.
It is a 27-acre family-oriented resort, with more private beachfront per unit than any other resort along the Emerald Coast. It is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico (no streets to cross). Our unit is a "Carolina beach cottage", a charming bleached wood and tin roof design, reminiscent of simpler times, yet possessing every luxury. The unit sleeps eight people with plenty of room to move around.
Tucked behind lush foliage, Hidden Dunes is exceptionally private, yet only minutes away from every convenience. If the beautiful beach, emerald green ocean and top-notch clay tennis courts are not enough excitement for you, there are many nearby places to spend an hour or two. Located in an area with dozens of excellent restaurants, fantastic shopping and entertainment for the whole family, Hidden Dunes offers the best of both worlds.
The unit is decorated with relaxation in mind. The colors are restful and "beachy" - just the right feeling for a few days away from the daily grind. It is fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, 46 inch flat screen HiDef TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, and a stereo system.
In the adjacent dining area, there are a table and chairs for six. The nearby screened porch has its own dining furniture - the perfect place for a shrimp boil lunch! The kitchen, with its snack bar, is stocked with every kind of dish, pan, glass, utensil, etc., etc., etc., you can think of. There are also a washer and dryer right in the unit. Wi-Fi is available to guests at no charge.
You will enjoy three large bedrooms with three full bathrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, its own HiDef flat screen television and DVD player and a big easy chair with ottoman. The private master bath includes a large garden-style bathtub. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed, another flat screen HiDef TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is a spacious loft, with two twin beds, yet another flat screen HiDef TV with DVD player and a full bathroom of its own.
Last, but not least, is its location. On the second (and topmost) floor, we like to think of the condo as a "tree house", thanks to its position in the tops of the trees. It is situated in a quiet, private inside corner of the building, allowing the back side with the large banks of windows to face into the trees and overlook the fountain and courtyard below.
This provides privacy and a delightful view at the same time. The soothing sound of the water splashing in the fountains is an extra treat you will absolutely love!
Guests will receive at check-in a free "Amenity Card", which provides free golf, tickets to Big Kahuna water park, movie rentals, beach service (beach umbrella and two chairs) and much, much more.

Our family that includes 2 adults and 4 children recently stayed at your condo and had a fabulous time. The condo was just perfect for our family and we loved the beach decor throughout. I know the kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled and they all definitely looked great! We appreciated having TVs in each room, especially with 2 younger children and 2 teenagers. Having the screened in porch with the ceiling fan was a nice added bonus. The grounds were so pretty with the fountains and the pool was very large and clean. Another nice feature was the washing machine and dryer which really came in handy. Beautiful and comfortable place!!

It's also gratifying to receive specific compliments on the remodeling - it was a HUGE undertaking and, we think, well worth it. The results are gorgeous. Yes, TVs in every room, and flat screens at that! As you mentioned, the nearest pool is very large, clean, and rarely crowded. Our screened porch is probably our personal favorite feature. It is just delightful to sit out there in the evening and watch/listen to the lighted fountains in the courtyard beyond. And even in the heat of the day, with the fan turned on it is a terrific place to have a nice lunch (we especially like a shrimp boil, prepared by nearby Skipper's or Shrimper's.) So glad you liked it - maybe you'd like to go ahead and reserve it for next year?! ;-) Susan

Our family stayed at this cottage at the beginning of June and were extremely happy with it. It was clean, comfortable and felt like home. We really enjoyed just kicking back and making ourselves at home. The quiet location, view off the patio and short walk to the beach were all great. The master bedroom and bath was spacious and the bed was super comfortable! Our kids loved the upstairs loft bedroom and TV's in every bedroom. The updated kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. We would love to come back for another stay!

The cottage contained ample space for our party of six (four adults and two children). It is newly remodeled, well maintained and equipped. The unit was quiet. There is ample parking space. The owners communicated well with us. We would recommend this cottage without reservation.
