This unit is on the 3rd floor of a brand new development that opened in Sept 2007. Connected to the parking garage you have very convenient access to your vehicle. For your convenience you have your own marked reserved covered parking spot on the third level of the parking deck. No more dragging luggage in and out of the elevator. The living room is equipped with a 32' TV, The unit has 9' ceilings and is nicely decorated. The third floor balcony has a great view of the Gulf and the large lagoon pool. You can easily sit back and relax while keeping an eye on your teenagers in the pool.
There are two full bedrooms and one bunk bed with 3 private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with TV, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with 19' TV and DVD. The bunk beds are each twin size. All 3 bathrooms are marble. Two of the bathrooms house a combination tub/shower, the third bathroom houses shower only.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops with four bar stools for seating and a dinette.
The unit offers a breath-taking view of the beach, ocean and gulf front 18,000 square foot pool. There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. Between Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Ebro Greyhound Racing, and Zoo World. Shores is conveniently located next to Pineapple Willy's.
Also there are endless trails of mini-putt golf, boating, fishing, water sports galore, lots of shopping, restaurants, and seafood festivals. It's a great place to just do nothing at all.
