The waterfront home has 2 large docks and is located in a deed restricted area on a quiet residential street at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has 180' of seawall. Only a 5 minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor and then out to the Gulf of Mexico. This property comes with the use of a 14' Boston Whaler fishing boat.

Enjoy the sunsets from the lanai next to the heated (electric heat pump) caged pool (SW exposure).

Ceiling fans are located throughout the house and the sliding glass doors open onto the pool both from the great room and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom (20' X 22') suite has a king size bed and a very large walk-in closet. The master bath has 2 vanities, a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Punta Gorda has a small town feel without all of the crowds and traffic. Walk the brick paved streets in the historical district and visit the numerous galleries, shops and trendy restaurants.
