  We just arrived home after 4 wonderful days at the "Pink House". The location is great - easy walk to many restaurants and night spots. The house was wonderfully appointed and so comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

  My husband and I went for our 7 year anniversary and were thrilled at how cozy the house was! We go every year to Port Aransas and stay at several different condos and we have now found our yearly rental! We were walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bars and the beach was just minutes away! The trees that surround the house make sitting out on the upper or lower deck so peaceful to enjoy your coffee or reading a book. Melanie is a joy to work with and we rate this place a A++! A must stay!!

  I highly recommend this house. It is actually a smaller part of a large home. We hope to rent the whole house for a family gathering in the future. The house is nicely decorated and well maintained. It has everything you need. The back yard is wonderful, as we have two small dogs. The owner was awesome to work with. We will return.

  The rental was just as advertised. Walked to restaurants, and to the marina. Nice outdoor space and warm shower to get the sand off.You do need to drive to the beach though. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed to cook.But couldn't find a wine opener .I especially like the makeup mirror, don't always have one of those!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

  My daughter and I had an amazing time in Port Aransas, and the home we stayed. It was a first time visit to this location for the both of us, but definately will not be the last. Melanie was awesome, and made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. I will be looking forward to speaking with Melanie in the future about our vacation needs.

  The house was just as described. A couple of items that we didn't realize, it's upstairs, so you walk upstairs from the backyard - which was fine for us - but if you have trouble navigating stairs, it's an issue. And the are DARK at night. The house was very clean, pretty well stocked, we bring our own paper towels and we bought a few cleaning supplies. It's a nice size for 4 people, although I, personally, would be cramped with 6. We LOVED the backyard and the fact that our 2 Shelties were able to run and play back there - that was awesome. My son and his friend used the outdoor shower every day to shower, so that was nice - kept the bathroom basically just for us. We would definitely rent again and would highly recommend to anyone. It was a great, easy location.

  My family and I just visited Port Aransas and really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was equiped with everything we needed and more! We have been staying on the island for over 20 years and were very comfortable this past week. The location was perfect, the home was clean and well maintained, the yard was fantastic and we had over 20 family members over for dinner numerous times and had no complaints from anyone. Thanks for the stay and look forward to venturing that direction again this July.

  My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The home is clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The decor was beautiful, I felt like I was in a little tropical hideaway. The owner is alos a joy to work with. She was very helpful with any questions I had. The only complaint I had was that the wi-fi wasnt working so I didnt get to check emails as I had hoped, but it really wasnt a big deal. I highly recommend staying here.

  What a wonderful home to stay in. We enjoyed our trip so much that I didn't want to leave. I told my husband that I thought I would just stay and he could come back and get me next spring. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and the home couldn't have been more comfortable. It was accurately described in the listing and was very clean. The yard was lovely and it was great to have a fenced area so we could bring our dog. I would recommend the property and hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.
