OPEN PLAN GROUND FLOOR consists of a carpeted family area with comfy sofas and a double convertible sofa bed, coffee table, side tables and lamps. An impressive 42" wall mounted flat screen plasma TV with a state of the art sound surround theatre system is provided for your enjoyment! There is a large ceiling fan for your added comfort and patio doors leading out to the pool deck area.
THE GAMES ROOM has a quality pool table, table football - foosball, air hockey and darts.
THE FULLY FITTED KITCHEN with breakfast bar, includes an under cupboard CD/radio a full-size cooker, microwave, large side by side fridge/freezer with ice-maker and water cooler, dishwasher and larder. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, kitchenware and tea towels are provided.
THE DINING AREA has a beautiful formal dining table for 8 guests and two seats at the breakfast bar enable you all to dine together. Should you wish to dine alfresco you can just open the patio doors and go out to dine on the extended pool deck.
A SEPARATE UTILITY ROOM houses a large washing machine, dryer, household items such as ironing board and iron. There is also a very convenient separate downstairs toilet with vanity basin.
THE ENORMOUS DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM has a KING-SIZED SEALEY POSTUREPEDIC BED TO GUARANTEE A SUPERB NIGHTS SLEEP!! An overhead ceiling fan is provided for your additional comfort. There are bedside cabinets, radio/alarm clocks, lamps, telephone, flat screen TV with DVD. There is ample space for a cot/cots and wheelchair/hoist users. There is a huge walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space and room for all those shopping bargains. The tiled MASTER EN-SUITE has separate his/hers vanity basins, large corner bath and walk-in shower and toilet. There is plenty of room in this bathroom for wheelchair users to maneuver and to use a bath hoist.
2ND MASTER SUITE ON THE FIRST FLOOR has a king-sized bed, large over head ceiling fan, bedside cabinets, matching lamps, alarm clock radios, telephone, TV/DVD player and walk-in closet. The mirrored dresser holds the TV and DVD player. There is also ample space in this room to put up 1/2 cots. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
THE THIRD MASTER SUITE has a queen-sized bed, overhead ceiling fan, bedside cabinets, lamps, clock radio alarm, a telephone, walk-in closet and the mirrored dresser holds the TV/DVD player.
The ENSUITE BATHROOM has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
THE TWO TWIN BEDROOMS are very spacious and absolutely delightful for children of all ages and of course the young at heart!! Both the 'Mickey and Friends' bedroom and 'Winnie the Pooh' bedroom are beautifully coordinated in traditional colors. There are framed pictures, bedside cabinets and lamps. Each room has its own chest of drawers holding a Mickey Mouse TV complete with ears!! Winnie the Pooh TV and DVD players. Minnie and Mickey await their visitors!!
EXTERIOR The lanai covered pool deck is large enough for you all to enjoy the sun or shade from the comfort of your sun loungers after a dip in the sparkling SOUTH FACING 30 X 15 POOL. You can sit in the SPA after a hectic day out and catch up with world events on the OUTSIDE TV! We have 4 sun beds for the sun worshipers! 4 Reclining chairs with foot stools and 4 other chairs all with comfortable quality cushions There's a large table with chairs for dining alfresco and a ceiling fan for when the going gets too hot! A pool fence with gate is provided which you may choose to use for additional pool safety. Pool heating is available.(Sorry, additional cost).

You can make your stay at Parc Villa just what you want it to be! Disney World is just 15 minutes north. Cypress Gardens and its new Water Park is 15 minutes south. Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a few minutes up the road is Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Championsgate. You can shop til' you drop! Spend your time eating or just while away the time at a more leisurely pace!

- Twin/Single Bed: We have 2 bedrooms on the first floor each with twin beds. They share a bathroom but this can be shut off to form another 4th en-suite!
- Convertible Bed: One of our sofas in the lounge converts into a queen size bed.
