    Our family found the house perfect for our stay near Disney and the many other area attractions. Whatever we needed was in the house, from a stroller for our granddaughter (which was very appreciated) to the abundant dishware. We loved the decor, the big dining table, the private pool and hot tub. The spaciousness allowed all of us to be comfortable (loved that we all had our own bathrooms!) Our vacation was so much better in this home than it would have been in hotel rooms -- we'd definitely recommend this home away from home to any other family.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    Home was as advertised and worked very well for two grandparents, a daughter and son in law with 4 young grandsons, and another adult daughter. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and outdoor grill and ate two meals a day at the house (shopped at both WalMart and Publix (liked the Publix north of the villa). Lots of space, very comfortable, good layout so that some could be swimming, others reading, others in the game room. Management was attentive and responded promptly to requests. The owners provided all necessary information and were gracious with our inquiries. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk around. Appreciated the additional open space behind the villa--gave more of a sense of privacy. Pool was great even on very hot days, and the shaded patio area was great for snacking and reading (and watching the kids) outside. A good variety of pool toys and inflatable items. Theme parks are an easy drive (25 - 30 minutes). We would stay here again and would recommend the villa to others.

    Great home for the nine of us - two grandparents, three adult children, four grandsons. Well stocked with toys, towels and kitchen items etc. Kids loved the pool. The two older ones 9 and 6 learned to swim in the deep end! We relaxed, cooked, watched several thuinderstorms. We saw Magic Kingdom twice, Islands of Adventure twice, Star Wars at Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Thanks for providing a great vacation retreat!

    Enjoyed the size of the home-all members of our family had their own bedroom and bath. The pool was well used by our grandchildren. The location was good for visit to the nearby theme parks. Kitchen and dining area were very adequate for our family of 9. The home was very clean, well maintained and I would certainly recommend it to any friends. We were there over Christmas, and there were 2 christmas trees lighted when we arrived. A nice touch!

    We loved the property! The house was really nice and had lots of space for our whole family. We had 11 people staying in the house and never felt crowded. It was so nice to have everything we needed, right there. Also, the location was just excellent! I was worried about where it might be in relation to some of the parks, but it was very easy to get to Disney World and there were plenty of stores within a close distance. Mine and my families experience was just wonderful. I definately would come back here again. Thank you again.

    we stayed as a family of 4 in July - the property was great and exactly as listed on the VRBO site. Communciation with the owners was great too during booking process. Location was about 30 mins from universal etc and was very quiet. Well appointed, clean and a joy to stay in. Would highly recommend it! You could fit alot more than 4 people in here though!!!

    This is a lovely home, that has room for your family and your extended family/friends. Very warm and welcoming, enough room for everyone to spread out, and enjoy time with each other without being in each others space. The rooms are nice size, and comfy, and the bathrooms are very adequate in size and space. The dinning room table was large enough to seat us all, and the kitchen was very easy to navigate, and had enough space for two of us cooking and prepping for meals at the same time without running into each other. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this home, and the area has all the conveniences you will need. About 15 minutes drive to Orlando, and even closer to Kissimmee. Can't go wrong staying here!

    Our Family of five adults and four children ages 15 to 3 stayed in the Orlando Villa Property #229333 for one week in June 2011. There are five bedrooms which provided plenty of space for a large family of nine people to sleep. Also bathrooms were plentiful. The Grand Children enjoyed the Playroom with a pool table, air hockey, floor chess and space to be active in. Laundry area was great, Kitchen was great and open to the dinner area. The pool and hot tub was comfortable and many water items for the kids to use was provide. We visited the Disney World, Universal and Animal Kingdom. Shopping is close by. We didn't use any of the restaurants instead we cooked at home or had meals in the Parks. The Owners and Management of the home were so helpful and wonderful to deal with. I would rent this home again.

    The owners were exceptional at prompt communication and providing any information we requested. The home was comfortable, with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the game room in the garage and the pool. This home was special in that its back yard did not closely back to the neighbors, as so many in the Orlando area do. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and looking out at the nice lawn area. The neighborhood was quiet, yet still an easy drive to all the Orlando attractions. We enjoyed evening walks down to the lake where we could watch the sunset and see the alligators from the dock.

    Thank you so much for helping to make our daughters first Disney trip such an amazing family vacation. At the end of each day we truly looked forward to 'coming home' and enjoying a dip in the pool and a home cooked meal. Your home is wonderful and we would absolutely look forward to staying there again...from the VERY comfy beds to the beautiful pool/spa and outdoor dining it was fantastic. You made it so easy on us by having virtually anything we needed on hand already such as kitchen utensils, blender etc!! You guys were a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for a great experience!     Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely villa. I’ve been sleeping in the Winnie the Pooh Room and iv'ed love it its very nicely decorated and the bed is so comfy. I’ve also especially liked the games room and the outdoor swimming pool. The weather had been quite good, we’ve had a few storms but apart from that its been very hot and sunny – much nicer than England.     Thank you so much for a great stay in your lovely home! The pool and Jacuzzi was great especially with the heating! We had great weather and the air conditioning was brilliant! Went down to the jetty and got a close up encounter with the alligator which was amazing and had a great time going to the parks in the area. We would definitely recommend this villa!     Our 4th amazing visit at your home. Every trip has been perfect. If you are fishing down at the dock we suggest tying bits of hot dog weiner for bait. We couldn’t keep up with the fish we reeled in. We threw them back into the lake. The croc will happily eat them Thanks again Trina and Trevor Susan, Joe and Zach Calgary Alberta Canada

    Dear Trina and Trevor We have all had a really great time celebrating 2 birthdays. The house, the location exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and the themed bedrooms. Special thanks to you Management co. with their help when we thought we might be stranded due to the volcanic ash. Just when we thought we might get another weeks holiday the airline resumed flights! Now leaving for the airport and hopefully a flight home BUT if we have to stay we could not think of a better place to stay! Thanks and best wishes Nana and Grandad Auntie Helen.     I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the use of your villa since December 21st. We had a wonderful time thanks to you! The house is perfect, the Xmas tree was really beautiful and the grand-children made great use of the pool!! We celebrated my wifes birthday on the 22nd, Xmas with all and spent 6 days together in Disney World and managed to get in three rounds of golf. You have a great location. Thanks ever so much.
