Casa Susana... Located on the quiet North side of town, up a palm lined cobblestone drive, sits Casa Susana, with an unobstructed view of Sayulita bay and the surrounding jungle.
Casa Susana boasts the perfect location on the hillside, with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view and only a few minutes stroll to the beach through the private jungle walkway. The sounds of the birds singing and the waves crashing set a backdrop for the seemingly endless days in paradise.
The house is designed to bring the outdoors inside, with huge windows and doors that open to the fresh sea air. A large tiled terrace wraps around three sides of the house, alive with lush tropical plants and gardens. The dining room and kitchen are very open with plenty of room to entertain. Through the dining room doors awaits a covered outdoor living area, and around the corner on the terrace a built in barbecue is yours to enjoy as you prepare your catch of the day.
Casa Susana is a two bedroom, three bathroom home. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom faces the ocean with windows and doors that open to the large terrace that circles the house. The upstairs suite features a king size bed and offers a kitchenette that can be rented as a separate unit. The large terrace upstairs offers the best view in the house, however the view from the sunken tub overlooking the bay isn’t bad either.
