Upstairs there is an ocean view living room with a fireplace, full kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a trundle bed that has two twin mattresses. This room can sleep up to 5 children or 4 adults. Its bathroom is right next door. Downstairs is patio area, another living room and another kitchen. There are two large bedrooms also. One room has a king bed and its own bathroom with a jucuzzi tub. The other bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. Other features in the house include stained glass windows, colorful tile, a spiral staircase, leather furniture, a purple velvet dining set and spectacular sunset views. The private beach, oceanfront pool, soothing jacuzzi, tennis, and volleyball courts are just a few yards from our door. Explore the tidal pools, lie on the sand beach, relax at the pool, fish from the jetty, or hit the surf with your friends. Nov - Feb except Holidays: Mid-week rentals start at $195 a night,
Weekend rentals are $295 a night with a 2 night minimum. Weekly $1695
March - May and Sept - Oct except Holidays: $225 a night for mid week rentals.
$325/night for weekend rentals with a 2 night minimum. Weekly rental rate is $1895
Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays, $375 a night.  3 night minimum
for weekend rentals and Holidays.  Weekly rental rate is $2250. There is a $60
maid cleaning fee collected for each stay. 3 night minimums can be relaxed prior
to first rental date.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
