If your destination is Cancun, this is the very best address! With all of the amenities of a 5 star luxury resort and miles of white sand to walk! This second floor unit is tastefully decorated with fine Italian furnishings, comfortable beds and accents of granite and original Maxican art. Absolutely show suite condition. Breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea on the front and Laguna Nichupte from the rear bedrooms.
The master bedroom is a picture out of a magazine with 2 walls of windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea. On the master bedroom deck is lounger and a soaker tub for a relaxing evening overlooking paradise! All 3 bedrooms have full ensuites (including walk-in showers with benches) and walk-in closets. White linens and extra beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and features a large pantry for longer stays. There is a separate maid's quarters with one single bed and half bathroom.
The laundry room is off the kitchen and features a stacking washer & dryer. Laundry service canh be arranged with your complimentary maid service (every second day of your stay!)
The entire complex is gated and features 24 hour security, raised lit tennis courts, a full service spa, very well equipped gym, outdoor putting green, 2 infinity pools, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, thatched huts on the beach with loungers for the exclusive use of Bayview Grand residents.
You can walk to Starbucks on the beach in the morning and whether via the beach or sidewalk, you can also walk to Carlos & Charlies, Coco Bongo, Haagen Daaz, Rain Forest Cafe or Hard Rock Cafe. Evening dining within walking distance includes Mexican, Thai, Japanese, Argentinean, Senior Frogs, good ol' McDonalds & KFC and the list goes on.
Cancun's finest shopping destinations are both within a longer walk or short cab drive away. You'll want to visit Luxury Avenue for Louis Vitton type stores or La Isla Shopping Mall for a swim with the dolphins and a long list of stores including Zara, Nike, Disney and many more!
There are many golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the most popular being The Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa.
Go by cab to Costco or Walmart for all of your grocery needs. There is a bus stop right out back (approx $0.60 to town) and the airport is approx 15 km away.
Housekeeping is complimentary with this rental (every second day), anhd services include cleaning and laundry.
We are fairly flexible on our rates and own two identical units in the complex for larger booking requirements.
