We have a beautiful condo in a great location. It is convenient to most everything worth doing in Naples. The fantastic Gulf beach is across the street, and the bay is outside your back door. You can walk or bike to Venetian Village, and watch the Dolphins play at your back door.
The condo itself is bright and casual with brand new bathrooms, and overlooks the pool outside the front door. All you need are your sandals, and sunscreen to enjoy our special get away by the beach, (Did I forget the nightly sunset parties on the beach)

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When you stay here, It seems like life slows down a bit. You can walk and bike without being on the highway, and the sunsets are fantastic. If you want to go out, great dining and shopping are only minutes away.
Owner's Map of Moorings
We came to Naples to find a propety to buy as an investment, and eventually spend part of the year here. We fell in love with Gulf Shore and the Naples area. We are in the restaurant business, and enjoy our condo in the off season when things at work slowdown.
