Meandering brick pathways take you through the gardens where butterflies rest on flower pedals and the romantic sound of fountains fill the air while swinging in your hammock. The Cottage has many features to make your vacation memorable. This is an artist and writer's dream come true.
Newly furnished, two bedroom, one bath home in uptown area. All appliances and home essentials are provided! Also enjoy feather bed Quilts for all beds when desired. Large patio area with hammock to relax in a quiet and peaceful location on a cul-de-sac street. Water fountains surround the property. Conveniently located close to shopping and business district. Off-street parking, gardener, and handyman provided.
The cottage has a unique location for vacation pleasure. There is a flat, easy walk to both La Cumbre and Five Points shopping malls and the Farmer’s Market. Beach access is nearby.

neighborhood surrounding the three Cottages matches the Cottages them selves. The San Roque area neighborhood is a very desirable area for locals to purchase Real Estate because of its family oriented life style and sought after school district. Also its proximity to beaches , shopping and Wine Country. We invested here because of all of these reasons.

We had a wonderful time staying here and would love to come back again. The neighborhood was peaceful and having our dog there worked perfectly. We thought we were going to miss being right in the middle of town, but it turned out that we had such easy access to places like the Arroyo Dog Beach and avoided being stuck in rush hour traffic as we decided to drive up the coast. The cottage was very clean and well kept, a perfect getaway for our spring vacation. Thanks!
