We have stayed with at these units several times. We have loved each stay so much. This is our perfect vacation getaway. It's so close to everything in town, and most importantly, only a few miles to RMNP. We spend ALL day in the park, then come back to relax in this gorgeous condo. The steam shower and hot tub are super helpful in aiding in a quick muscle recovery for the next day's hike. The owners are super easy to communicate with. And Jamie at the Overlook is fabulous! This will always be our "GO-TO" spot whenever we are trying to plan our next visit. Again, not enough can be said about your gorgeous, homey, cozy, clean and perfect condo!!!!! We are so thankful to awesome owners such as yourself for allowing us to rent your place out for our vacations!!!! We hope to be visiting again REALLY soon. This condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The stone tile work in the bathrooms and kitchen is really nicely done, very upscale. The location, right behind the Stanley Hotel, is centrally located to the town and lake's marina. Horseback riding and bike rentals are nearby. My son really enjoyed the Fun City activities in town. We walked a short distance daily to the Stanley and toured the hotel and grounds. Todd was extremely helpful with booking the condo, and we were very happy to stay there. We hope to visit again soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and three kids (10, 6 and 5) just returned from a great weekend getaway in Estes Park. We drove out from Omaha on Friday and arrived mid-afternoon. Check-in for this unit is down the road at Fawn Valley Inn and the people there were very helpful. Upon arriving to the unit, we were delighted to find the place even nicer than the pictures portray. Very clean, well kept and everything in working order. On Saturday, we spent the day hiking in RMNP and enjoyed picture-perfect weather. The kids had a great time. Along the trail, encountered two elk less than 20 feet from the trail. Very fun. Saturday night, we had planned to visit the Stanley Hotel. The kids were fascinated by the history of the place and the chance to see some ghosts up close. We purchased tickets for the ghost and history tour and went over around 5pm. Tour lasted about 90 minutes and we had a great guide who really brought the place to life for us. Kids absolutely loved it. Sunday we spent the day shopping in town and basically enjoying the time seeing all the various sights. Overall, a great stay and a destination for us that we would love to enjoy again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our first vacation to Estes Park, CO! It’s so beautiful! My son has never seen snow before. He is 5 yrs old and we are from Louisiana, so snow is not something we ever see. We were supposed to stay in another hotel, but b/c of overbooking we got to stay here. WWWOOOOWWW! This is AWESOME! I wish I could afford more nights! I felt so @ home!
