"The White House" is located in the "Grove" a short walk from the beautiful white sands and aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Custom built in 2005, its features include Master on the main floor Queeen Size Bed, gas fireplace with flat screen TV above, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are on the main floor and can be accessed from the back screen porch or through the Master Bedroom walk-in closet.
The open and spacious floor plan includes the Great Room, separate Dining Room, and Kitchen areas opening onto front and back screen porches. There are 5 sets of French doors on the main floor opening to the porches. White rocking chairs on the porches will assure your relaxation for morning coffee, reading in the sunshine, and evening cocktails. The back porch opens onto a spacious deck with gas grill. Bamboo floors, light colors, tall ceilings, and soft upholstered furniture make for a most relaxing and comfortable vacation.
Second floor features a second Master Queen bedroom with bath. The third bedroom sleeps four with twin beds and bunk beds and bath. Two sets of French doors in each bedroom open out to the upper screen porch. The beautiful colors of the sunset are best viewed over the pines from the upstairs porch furnished with a table that seats four and more rocking chairs.
Located across from one of the neighborhood pools, a short walk to one of 2 tennis courts, this home will be quiet and relaxing for your vacation needs. A playground for the children is also located down the path from the house. You will be amazed at the charm of this unique, beautifully landscaped neighborhood, designed especially for families.
Seaside, Fl., is a mile away, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycles are provided, and the 17-mile bike path goes the length of Hwy. 30-A. Ride to Seaside and Grayton Beach to the west, and Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary Beaches to the east. Beach chairs are provided, along with a little red wagon to carry them up to the beach!
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Feel free to use the spices in the cabinets. Many good restaurants are close by, but the comfort of home is the best place to dine. (The Publix grocery store is only a 5-minute drive away north on Hwy. 395. They will steam a couple pounds of shrimp for you, and they have an excellent wine selection.)
