An awesome game room full of fun. It features a real stand up Ms. Pac Man arcade game, an original World Series Of Soccer pinball machine, full size pool table (newly recovered) , Wii Entertainment Zone and three flat screen computers with fast internet access. Use of all of the games mentioned are included free in the price for you and your guest usage 24/7 throughout your stay.
There is a private 23 x 14 foot heated (optional) pool and spa situated to the rear of the villa. A “magic” wheel changes the color of the pool lighting at night to create an outside ambiance. THE SPA is WIDER and SHALLOWER than normal which makes this great for small kids to play in and adults to enjoy! The patio surrounding the pool also provides 6 sun loungers and dining facilities al fresco style along with the BBQ for your use.
Ooh Lala will provide you with everything you need to keep your guests entertained. The best part? It’s only 3.5 miles from Disney and close to Universal Studios and Sea World! The Villa is located within the private gated and guarded Windsor Palms Resort Community which caters to your every need! Within the community there is a spacious club house which includes an Olympic sized heated pool, spa, kiddie pool, fitness center, tennis courts (hire rackets), pool table, arcade games, 50 seat FREE movie theater, Wii zone, bike hire and even a small convenience store open until 10:30pm that also offers daily shuttles to the attractions. All of these additional benefits of the location are included in the price as well.
For those with health or allergy concerns we have NEW WOODEN FLOORS in all downstairs bedrooms.

Windsor Palms is a wonderful community for kids and adults. It's secure,gated and has a fun community center. Also great to walk around for excercise!!! We have visited Disney,Florida each year for 22 years and LOVE the place.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This Villa has all the BEST attributes you would give your own home. Facitities include a child friendly Spa (shallower and wider than normal) great for adults and kids. World series pinball machine a classic. I love it! The REAL PacMan video arcade machine is my wife's favourite. Wii and billiards my childrens passion. There are 3 computers so everyone can check out E Mails and facebook!!!!

This mall has just been finished. Great if you like to park outside the store. NOT TOO MUCH WALKING. Lots of big names.

We came to Disney 23 years ago and stayed at a Disney Hotel each year. Became expensive and we could never get the booking we wanted especially in school holidays. So we bought into the Disney Vacation Club. Still found it tough to get the booking. We now have this 6 bedroom villa and stay in it for at least 6 weeks a year. In 2009/10 we indulged in 8 weeks stay!!! 2011 it will be 10 weeks !!!!

We stayed for a week at Ooh Lala with our 2 daughter's families and celebrated Thanksgiving. Each had our own private area. Great location to Disney, particularly with the Sherberth Road shortcut. Enjoyed pool but keep cover on at night so it stays warm. Enjoyed eating both inside and out. Kids (big and little) enjoyed the playroom equipment. Owner worked with us for an earlier check-in time to accommodate one daughter's flight schedule. Management company good and fast in helping us with technical questions. Owner's excellent in providing needed pack-and-play ahead of time that they didn't already have. Two strollers available very useful in parks. Attractive to kids with playroom and themed rooms. Glad they stayed in playroom most of time as the furnishings were very nice in living area! Convenient also with washer/dryer and to grocery and other needed stores. Security gate nice.

The Children loved the games room and the swimming pool- couldn't keep them away. Our bed was so comfortable and the house was so cozy that we didn't even hit the parks for the first 3 days. Will definatly be back!

The house was perfect for our needs. We traveled with my mother/father in laws, brother/sister in law, grandmother and wife and two boys. The home allowed us to be together while still allowing private time and places.
