WOW!! we had a fantistic time in SanJuan del Sur - this property-Olas Bravas, exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to everyone!! The caretaker and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The weather was perfect and every meal fantastic. We are thinking of coming back next year!! What can I say Adrianna and Michael, we had a really wonderful time staying at your home in San Juan del Sur. Everything was perfect! Your home is decorated so nicely, the views were so relaxing, the infinity pool was sooo relaxing. We spent many days just relaxing at the home and just felt like we were in heaven! Maria and Elmo were really amazing and the service was FIVE STAR!! We would like to book our next vacation around the same time this year and will call you to check for availability. I've stayed at this gorgeous house 3 times. Each time, 6 of us stayed, and there was more than enough room. Nothing compares to the view, the cooling breezes, the infinity pool, the sound of the ocean waves crashing below, and the helpful staff. This listing's pictures accurately depict the amenities and the impeccably maintained property. The owner answers any questions promptly and is easy to work with. The town, with its quaint restaurants and bars, and the beach, are a short drive away. I recommend this property without reservation.

Just concluded a wonderful stay at Olas Bravas. The service was excellent, the view of San Juan del Sur breathaking and out of the way from the main, altough small, tourist traffic. Great hiking, down to the beach. Loved the fact the house is representative of a true beach house due to its open design. Absolutely coming back nex year.

What a great location! Amazing views, wonderful pool and outdoor living space. The breezes always made it wonderfully comfortable even in the hottest part of the day. Maria and Elmo are so kind and always willing to help out with whatever we needed. The beds were fabulous, never been in such a comfortable location for vacation. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Adrianna you have a beautiful home we will definitely be back again.

Hello Adriana, We did enjoy our stay, very much. The care and attention we received from Maria-Elaina & Elmo was second to none. They were both very alert to our needs without being invasive on our stay. The house is very lovely with an unbelievable view! Sandy and I would like to compliment you on your decorating. The hills in Pacific Marlin are very steep but exciting, for me at least. Thanks to you and Mike for your assistance with the Internet. Mike's suggestion worked. We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Nicaragua and enjoyed the country and people immensely. The people from the northwest to the southwest coast were charming and helpful with directions & our language barrier.

Hey Adriana, My family and I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We all loved the week we were there and hated coming back to Florida to cold and rainy weather! Maria couldn't have been nicer and more helpful to us. Though I wish I could say everything went well, on the last nite a person bumped into a vase by one of the rooms and it fell everso slowly and gently but nobody could get to it in time before it broke. How much is the vase worth? Again, thanks for making everything run so smoothe and giving my family a vacation to remember. I'll speak with you soon. -Matt-

Every time I walked across the tile path of the veranda my heart & body was alive with an energy of awareness that was grounding yet swept up into potential & opportunity! What a gift, thank you.
