This cutely decorated, quiet, private, comfortable guest cottage is unique and affordable. Just 5 miles from the beautiful Gulf Beaches, less than one mile from an aquatic costal preserve with bike and kayak trails. It is very comfy, you won't want to leave. It is a nice neighborhood behind a 1921 historical home featured in Sarasota's SRQ magazine. Bikes and Kayaks available at no charge.
There is also a larger UPSTAIRS unit with a private entrance, I will send pics upon request

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
This is the cheapest and nicest way to visit this area. The home is in NW Bradenton, which the more desirable neighborhoods in Bradenton, it is only 5 miles from the beach, but only one mile to the river and the bay. Ther are great bike rides (two free beach cruisers) and excellent backwater kayaking (two free kayaks).

I am a single man, no children, so the rental is very quiet and offers alot of privacy. I have lived on the property for 15 years, and in Bradenton for 20. I recently stepped down Area Director for Young Life, a national youth ministry, as the Area Director for Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Charming little efficiency apartment in a great location. Very quiet residential area with a beautiful deck and gazebo to spend time outdoors. Very affable owner who made my wife and I feel very much at home. Will be returning in the future.
