Just fully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at Coral Beach in Isla Verde. Furniture is brand new. The apartment has internet access, washer and dryer, and parking right next to the security guard. The building is beachfront, the apartment faces the famous Isla Verde hotels and gardens. Our building has a hotel style entry with beautifully decorated marble walls and floors in the lobby, children’s playground & pool, plus a Olympic size pool located right on the white sands of Isla Verde Beach. Our building has the best location in Isla Verde! It is next door to the El Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel & Casino. It is also conveniently located across the street from a shopping mall where you can find a supermarket, ATM machine and a variety of restaurants which offer traditional Puerto Rican cuisine as well as the fast food chains. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Plus, a public bus stop in front of our building.

  • My daughter and I stayed at the Coral Beach condo for 7 days. The location is great,near all the shopping and restuarants, walk right onto the beach, nice place to have a barbecue, and the security staff were very friendly and helpful. Beatrice was very professional when making my reservations to rent her condo. I look forward to renting this condo in future.

The Condo is clean, the community is hospitable, and the sights are terrific. The Coral Beach Villa's were beyond our expectations.   • This condo was safe, secure, clean, and located in the best spot in Isla Verde. Beatrice, the owner, was quite pleasant and very professional before, during, and after our stay. Her communications were extremely prompt. Coral Beach is gated all around and the security staff were friendly. We had a great time while staying at the condo and we already miss the coquis and the roosters!

  • I would like to start by saying Thank you Beatrice you have such a wonderful, cozy condo with everything I needed during my stay. I had such a wonderful 2 weeks in Puerto Rico . Especially being able to walk out to the beach/pool restaurants and enjoy the night life with the tranquil sounds of the coqui and the mornings with the roasters. I had stayed before at Coral Beach and loved the grounds of the complex and being able to have everything within walking distance and a parking spot available for when I rented a car to visit My abuela & Tia's for mothers day.I normally stay in Arecibo,Bayamon,Caguas,Juncos and San German but needed a break from driving around the island and be closer to the beach for my morning runs. I have already book a reservation for my brother David. I am just looking foward to my next get away to return back to Puerto Rico and the condo. Recommendation is a plus. Beatrice is great and very helpful with all the info/service needed during your stay at the condo. Have a Blessful Day.

  • My family and I had a wonderful time during our 7 day stay while attending a wedding. Condo at a very good location near ICH and ESJ hotels. Unit contains all necessary appliances. Amenties, such as beach, pool, stores, restaurants, etc. were nearby. Condo complex quite, clean and well maintained. Security and parking a plus. The owner was very helpful throughout the rental process. Will recommend and reconsider on renting the unit in the future.

  • My family stayed at the condo for 7 nights. It was the 1st time that we had traveled to Puerto Rico; this trip was a mix of business and pleasure. The condo was VERY clean and safe, very comfortable for a family of 4 to eat sleep and relax after taking in the sights. Isla Verde is a perfect spot with a beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants, water sports for the kids and a really large pool. The condo has an excellent location, right next door to the hotels & casinos. I rented a car but there really is no need as everything is within walking distance. We bought groceries and supplies at the Walgreens across the street. The kids slept comfortably on the futon while we had the privacy of the separate bedroom. Beatrice, the owner, is trustworthy and assisted me with any questions I had. We would definitely rent from Beatrice again and return to Isla Verde for a future Puerto Rican vacation.   • My brother and I had a very comfortable stay for 7 days while tarpon fishing out of Congrejos Yacht Club. We really appreciated the great location and amenities, including wifi access and a great pool and beach. The building is well maintained and clean. The owner was gracious and helpful.   • my wife and 2 teenage daughters stayed at this villa over the christmas vacation. there was plenty of room for all of us. last year we stayed at the intercontinental and we were cramped there. when we looked at staying again this year, we found that the price would not be affordable to us at this time of year. luckily we found beatrice's rental and were thrilled to be on the same beach as the intercontinental at a very competitive price. the condo was very clean and the full size futon was comfortable for the girls to sleep on. we appreciated the internet access, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and cold fridge. we would definately recommend renting from beatrice. she was very prompt in helping us set up the details for this trip.

  • The beaches are beautiful and the grounds of the condo complex exceptionally well kept. The location is very convenient, adjacent to hotels and some shops. Across the way is a small strip mall with a bakery that serves excellent Puerto Rican "cafe con leche", much better and far less expensive than Starbucks!

  • We recently had a great stay at this condo. The condo is in good condition and it's in a great location. Everything is in walking distance...grocery store, restaurants, casinos, and the ICH and ESJ hotels. We would recommend renting from Beatrice.
