This cedar shingled new home with central AC has 2 master bedrooms, one with extra large shower, the other with whirlpool and separate shower. The third bedroom hosts two cozy twin beds and the fourth bedroom is a converted entertainment room that also hosts a large screen, computer and surround sound. A third bathroom sits conveniently in the back hallway. There is a large open living room (with fireplace) dining room/dine-in kitchen continuing onto a large deck/slate patio area. All areas covered wtih surroung music and internet access. Grass area leads to the in-ground heated 20x40' pool and 8 person hot tub steps away. Pool has child safety fencing. Outdoor private hot and cold shower.

I started coming to Amagansett in 1969 when my late husband and I bought a piece of property in the Amagansett Dunes. We fell in love with the area and bought this property in 1987. I eventually built this vacation home in 1996 that has all the amenities one would like when they go away. Surrounded by woods, dip from the pool to the hot tub in complete privacy.
