Our home away from home is so close to the beach that our wrap around covered porch is literally in the sand dunes. You won't find a unit closer to the beach in all of Sea Colony Resort. Hear the ocean waves from bedrooms. Soak in the sun on the wrap around porch even on early spring and late fall days. First level makes easy access to beach and pool, only steps away with an outdoor shower on the way. Watch your kids or call to your friends on the beach right from our balcony. It’s so close! Walk to the Bethany Beach Board Walk only 7 minute walk on the beach.
Sea Colony is a gated resort community with ½ mile of guarded private beach, 24 tennis courts (indoor too), indoor (lap) and outdoor pools (12 total), fitness center. Market Place with a children’s fountain is only a few blocks away. Many organized Sea Colony Recreation activities and kid programs such as camps (sports, theatrical, musical, teen video), events, entertainment schedule, world known tennis facility (24 courts, lessons and clinics all levels and ages, ranked 19th best tennis resort in world, bingo, swimming (private/group, surfing, junior lifeguard, aerobics (palates, boot camp, step, body pump, water aerobics), weight room, personal trainers ,beach volleyball, indoor/outdoor basketball, dodge ball , soccer, concerts, fitness trainers, kid dinner movie nights.
