This wonderful new waterfront estate home offers all you need for a luxurious, relaxing lakeside vacation. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing on the beach, raft or dock. Bring your boat, as there is a boat lift next to the dock to keep it ready and available for a lovely sunset cruise, or taking the kids out to ski or wake board.
Property comes furnished with 3 kayaks. Home has a lovely covered porch area with latest state of art grill with eating and sitting area. There is an additional grill station by the beach along with a picnic table for preparing lunch on a lovely sunny day.
Once inside you will find an elegant and tastefully 4000+ sq. ft. Furnished home. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, with the latest state of art appliances. The great room consists of a large breakfast area overlooking the water with a large eight person capacity.
The living room has a gas fireplace as a centerpiece. Off the kitchen is the formal dining room. Additionally, the first level offers a half bath, office and master suite with fireplace, all with water views. The downstairs level has a large family room with sleeper sofa, wood stove, large plasma TV, surround sound and DVD player.
The lower level also has a master bedroom suite with large private bath. There is an additional bedroom with either twin beds or a king size bed depending on desired arrangement. There is a wonderful room that serves as a gym. All the rooms on the lower level have water views and their own walkout to the water.
Sebago Lake is the second largest lake in Maine. Sebago Lake is 28,000 acres of crystal clear water with depths up to 300 ft deep. It is approximately 50 miles around and has access to the Songo River which by passing through a lock system allows access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake.
This makes for a great all day boating experience. There are several marinas on the lake as well as restaurants to dine at. The Sebago Lake area is a peaceful spot offering fabulous vistas of the White Mountains, wonderful sunsets, lovely clean water for swimming or water sports and great fishing.
Sebago Lake is known as home to the land locked salmon. The area offers lovely dining establishments with lobster readily available for eating in or takes home, great gift shops, a winery, antique shops, a fun park for the kids, miniature golfing, as well as great golf courses near by. The property is located about 45 minutes in either direction from the shopping Mecca of North Conway and Freeport.
The ocean is also a short drive away which makes for a very enjoyable day trip. The wonderful sophisticated city of Portland located on Casco Bay is 20 miles away offering all the culture amenities one could desire.

Our family has owned this land since the early 50's, it came time to sell the family property and I couldn't part with it as it such a special place so I choose land and built my dream home on this special spot on the water and woods that I played as a child.
